Quality of Threads decreasing.

At a certain point in a threads life, when there is no longer anything being discussed, in some way Charan will be brought up, and then he will appear. And this will cause people to start complaining about Charan, which in turn causes Charan's law to perpetuate, as they bring this discussion about Charan into other threads.



Also this thread has been off topic for a while, I think I helped to de rail it when I saw it going no where, and put it onto CB lane, which inevitably tends to lead into Charan's house

I did a week into a month race where I was one of 3(!) duelists inside the top 100! (sadly I was the 2nd duelist and in 7th/8th position overall though) The week race that's currently running 17.7% are playing duelist. If that isn't an improvement I don't know what to say. You may want you're shit improved but the guys working on class balance aren't the same ones doing desync and other technical stuff. Let's not pretend that GGG is just Chris typing code by himself. Improvements in one area are usually unrelated to other areas.

that 7% data slayer used is from about a year ago. Also, we have to fight for the duelist tree reworked, Iirc, there is one duelist in top 10, 3 duelist in top 100 at the time.

GGG has more and detailed data anyone else can only dream of, yet, the players have to fight for duelist tree rework when its that obvious. Its as if GGG doesnt care about their game.

Also, Im sure its nothing, but when you hear GGG say the game is doing better than ever, then turn around and sell out. It really worries me. GGG isnt financialy stable atm, but they cant let the bubble bust.

The point of the 7% data was to show the change in a year, 7% to 17.7%. Since there are 6 classes, 16.67% would be each one played evenly. So the class went from less than 50% of expected play rate to just over 100%. That seems a pretty good swing to me.

I have no idea what makes you think they don't care. Do you see the rate they patch the game and work on stuff? Just because their priorities and workflows don't match your expectations it doesn't mean they don't care.

GGG is financially unstable? Where are their financial records you have access to base this statement on?

Oh and re: Charan's Law, you're all welcome since I invoked him back on like page 3.

Oh, that? still? I used 'elitist' in a self-deprecating manner, as I am wont to do. Your reply, which failed to grasp that, was neither appropriate nor welcome.

As for the 'ban'? I was placed on probation for a borderline comment which I then vehemently protested, but the probation stuck for days anyway. I've since discussed the situation with all relevant parties and it's water under the bridge, so they say. I give GGG a lot more credit than you if you feel its my support level that had anything to do with it.

The result of my vehement protestations resulted in the placement of those forum rules you may or may not have noticed.
