Carl replies me whenever I message him. And he specifically told me to let him know if I have any feedback to give.

I tell Charan some things and I discuss feedback with other top players. A lot of good feedback gets relayed to the right people in proper fashion minus all the bias and dissonance on the forums. Dominion's group has Neon to relay through and many of your excellent posters here (or elsewhere) have their own means to do so as well, SL4Y3R included.
