I tried the quarry system. It is boring as hell. 25-35 sulphite is ridiculous.
They could easily fix this by letting the sulphite nodes be a %, rather than a flat amount.

The silly thing is that it will still give you more sulphate/hour than playing red maps. 30 sulphate per 5 seconds, while a T13 (the farthest I've gone in maps) will give you 200+. You can create 50 quarry instances in the time it will take you to clear a T13

Just don't ban me for behaving like a bot, GGG, mkayy... -_-

Sometimes i wonder why i even bother playing league.
It's always the same, old league stuff barely exist to the point you can't enjoy it while new league is everywhere to the point you start hating it.

For a very first time i found new league to be very promising, content that most likely will not be hated by me after few weeks.
Everything is amazing but ...

THIS STUPID SULPHITE FARMING.

For a very first time GGG made league content very interesting but instead of keeping their "player must be overwhelmed by league stuff" they decided to gate "fun" behind "standard" mapping.

I hate mapping, especially running random and empty maps.
Elder ping pong is gone, i can't sustain certain high tier map (and yes i want to sustain one chosen tier 11 map with just alch and go, it was possible during harbinger league, even after nerfs in abyss league when combined with elder/shaper).

Seems like in order to delve as much as i want i must shape my atlas around burial chambers or other low tier map <so much fun>

In case it wasn't clear from what I've said before, sulphite is probably a necessary evil unless GGG wants to make the game radically "easier." Currently T15+ Maps are gated behind RNG/trade. Did you really think GGG would release a league with no prior testing that would grant you free, unrestricted access to Area Level 83+ with increased quantity, rarity, and packsize mods after years and years of not budging on Maps being free instead of rare drops? It would make more sense if they experimented with that, first, before handing you increased rewards on a silver platter.

To be fair, though, GGG has handed us tons and tons of rewards on silver platters compared to POE 0.9.2. Rare items used to be rare, y'know? So I'm not ruling out them demolishing one of their core design pillars (Maps as rare drops) eventually. But it will take time and a lot of arguing (which, to be fair, is what these 10 pages of feedback is for - it was just inevitable that this had to happen before GGG would even consider the change).

This is a great suggestion. Would give you a reason to keep pumping your cap up even after a few hundred.

What I am really not enjoying right now is that mapping is very empty since there is no league mechanic in play. It's even worse than beastiary in this respect. Any time I have to invest heavily into Alchs to run maps = I am not having fun.

Delve is great and I get why you have to do both sides of the content. But also completely agree that the distribution is off right now.

Seriously though, I did exactly that for an hour or two. 10 minutes of sulphite "mining"... 10 minutes actual of mining... back and forth...

and now I'm done with this league. Thanks, but no thanks.

looking at justwhat is incorporated into the base game zones, this is the worst expansion hands down. You just click on a little sulphite thingy. How is this even gameplay? Why bother having that at all?

If you really want to incorporate it somehow... why not have mobs with a yellow aura thingy, call them "corrupted with sulphite" or something, and have us slay them for the stuff?
