This is wrong... At least for Tempest Rush the speed is now capped. It's a huge difference. The rune that gives you speed bonus doesn't even appear to give a bonus at all anymore.

What are you talking about? Just log in and open the Details on your character screen and see for yourself that the movementspeed does increase when you tempest rush with the correct rune and it's extremly noticable that you actually move faster aswell.
It's only that specific rune that increases your movement speed, but nothing else is stated anywhere.

I salvage more than 9/10 legendaries, but that does not change the fact that the good ones DO drop. In PoE they dont. All you get are the common ones. Are GGG liars aswell?

Nope, just you. I dropped Alpha's howl and Bringer of Rain in last challenge league. I dropped Carcass Jack in the current league and I don't even play that match and don't play top tier Maps at all. These are top build enabling uniques.

Once again, a blatant lie from a blatant liar.

I CONCUR!

I'm just wondering what is the real point of this thread. Agree to disagree and go play your game, have fun, and share fun with others. Diablo has more fun without lots of mechanics into it, and this is far from being "bad" - some people just prefer that kind of fun.

It is just some kind of weird war between two or more games (or sometime not even games), from which communities feel NEED to show that one is superior over the other. League of Legends and DoTa 2 - same story. PC vs Mac, PC vs Consoles. And it goes on and on. Arguments like this roll for eternity (like this one, soon 50 pages), because you can't convince someone that he doesn't like the color he likes. : - D Some people like to grind mindlessly for hours and this is fun for them, and some people like to do spreadsheets for hours, calculate mechanics while not really playing the game.

And if you think about it, in reality there is no way to please everyone - when making one thing more complex, some people will feel the thrill of calculating stuff, but some will feel confused and overwhelmed.

There is no being objective here. And claiming that you are being objective is one of the most nonobjective things to say - because that is YOUR opinion ;) (mind blown?).

So just stop arguing what is true and what is not, how much damage or hp stuff have in both games, because all of this is matter of preference.
Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge.

Carcass jack is not kaoms heart or shavs. How many from the super rare cathegory have you found?

And obviously it's rethorical to say that they don't drop at all, but the fact is that the drop rates are incredibly low compared to D3, how many from the super rare cathegory have you found?. Context is everything. Taking things out of context and calling me a liar in every post just shows that you have run out steam.
I know you hate D3, but now you are just making a fool out of yourself.

I will check this when I get home.
All I know is that the speed does not increase at all when using Tempest Rush on my character. The tempest rush move speed is the same as my normal walk speed.

Perhaps I am bugged?

I mean I pretty much only play a tempest rush character... I kinda know what I'm doing...

I'm here because ALOT of PoE players are asking for features and gameplay that already exist in D3. But there is soo much misinformation and lies coming from the D3 hate crew and the GGG fanboys that it is makes people stay who otherwise may have liked it stay away from D3.

I got the game running. I am looking at it right now.
I think it's more likely that you are simply mistaken or are using the wrong rune than you are bugged.

You called me liar two times before in this thread for my opinions and subjective experience on D3. Now I will do you same with you. It's only natural to treat people like you with the same medicine you use yourself.

As far as I know Chris didn't name what uniques exactly are in "super rare" category, he just named a few. Your argument is that if I didn't drop Kaoms or Shavs than PoE doesn't drop uniques. That's a bullshit lie and I called you out on that.

You don't know what category BoR and AH is. These uniques enables my builds and I needed exactly them, not Kaoms or Shavs, and I dropped them, contrary to your blatant lies.

One more thing to mention is that PoE has an economy and can't drop top uniques in 1 hour of play. It will ruin the economy and has to be moderated. D3 has no economy and can drop legs more often. But to say that in PoE uniques do not drop is just a bullshit and I have personal experience to prove it.
