Stuff I did once I got to lvl 95, completing my skill build and had a small basis of gear to allow for fluid combat. For me that was lots of pindle and bhaalruns, cowruns, you know the drill. I enjoyed my chosen build and had lots of targets to fight. Positioning being the main way to not die, rather than gearchecks.
Not once did I ever feel like doing pvp, as it simply wasn't fun.
