For me it's actually one of the reasons I keep playing this game.
While searching for the good uniques I find orbs to roll my own good items and upgrade others.
The whole socketing / chroming / orbing RNG system is really well found and keeps me entertained for a long time!

The game is based on RNG. So your user experience can be vastly different from the experiences of someone else. So you telling us your droprates are fine, means nothing to us as, again, droprates and the entire game is constructed around RNG(random).
