Like I said, they should have just sold points in 50-point increments and allow their supporters to keep giving donations. If your product is a quality product, people will pay/support/donate for it. That, and $6 for 50 points seems fine and people would not have to unnecessarily overspend in the long run.

1.) Forcing? The stuff is irrelevant to the game and purely up to you to buy it or not, so how can it be forcing? again, for you: they HAVE TO apply at least some sort of "pressure" (don't like the word as it is too tough but u get it that way) as they are risking a great lot by just selling cosmetics that none REALLY, BADLY needs!

2.) yes they need money badly, like so many other people and if they don't get it the game is dead, so what's not to be understood right there? be grateful they are already trying to make it as free as possible.

3.) Underhanded tactics? can't be that underhanded if even u see through them...

4.) overspend? Just save some "change" up dude!

You're confusing the option to buy with the option of how the item is bought.

(A) "Do I want to buy this item or not?"

(B) "Do I want to pay $10 for something worth $5.50?"

A and B are two completely different things, and it is with point B that we have a problem.

On the assumption that I already want to buy something and choose that I will buy that item, I cannot simply buy a 50-point item for 50-points. I don't have the option or choice to buy an item for just exactly what it's worth. Instead, GGG forces me to overspend. I have to buy two 46-point packs, just so I can buy a 50-point item. THAT is the issue.
