I am not doing this for Chris, I am doing this because of how you people (yeah I said 'you people', sue me. What should I have said otherwise.) act even though the Situation was already commented on.

If they remove my gateway from the list and tell me they won't close the server, but I have to type it in manually, I won't care.

That's not even the point. New players are supposed to use the servers of the new Publisher, because they are the god damn Publisher of that area and the new Players were confused because there were servers for the area in the GGG client too.

Thats why they removed it from the list and people in this thread claimed that GGG is going to close down the GGG published server even though Chris said they won't do it.

You know it exists, you can even tell your friends it exists, but new players don't have to know, because they are supposed to use the Server of the 'local' publisher.

The problem here is that they never mention the removal of the Singapore from the drop down list.

All we know is that we can still access the SG gateway, then it suddenly disappear and no one was informed.

If no one ask GGG don't seems likely to tell the typing method.

If they tends to do things in the secret, nothing is unexpected or say nothing can be expected.

Forget something is not the same as doing something intentional without telling anything beforehand.

No anoncement about this until now, that is.

New players were not me and will never be me, who care about their confusion (no offense just want to say existing player not equals to new player).

If GGG care more about the new players, fine, get it.

Sheesh, some of you really need to take a deep breath and maybe look up "game" while at it!

I am with Sneakypaw. Yes , I agree that GGG should have put in a sentence in a patch note (which would still have resulted in this thread - but let's ignore that!). I also agree that since no new players will play on GGG Servers using Singapore Gateway, over time those of us in that timezone area or close need to either play on Australia Gateway, or leave/switch to Garean if we want to see lot more players during our playtime. This is unfortunate.

But doom and gloom posts are a bit overboard.

If you really want to make your point (for whatever it is is worth, if at all) - show your protest by uninstalling POE and so not playing and removing any chance of YOU paying GGG anything. That actually is making a statement which means something.

Alternatively get panties in a bunch in the forum - repeatedly, for some of you - which isnt saying anything other than "OMG I feel lied to, my life is over. How can I ever trust GGG ever again, my faith in companies/humanity/whatever is gone forever". This option has the added dubious benefit of you joining the exclusive club of people like poeticheretick :-P
