Hi GGG,Is the Singapore gateway removed?

anyone found the singapore server to be less stable recently? It might just be my Internet, but if they are lowering the amount of singapore servers due to less users that would suck.

Reason on why removing Singapore gateway from selection is bad:
- No more new player from Singapore
- No new player means the population get less and less over time

You better do it in group, otherwise I don't think you have any chance of getting your refund.

You better create a thread in Reddit... the Mods here don't give a shit about the game. It's just job for them to keep the forum clean. If alot of SEA Players are in this refund thingy, i am all in, i don't spend $100s of dollars to be rewarded by a stab in the back =)

We can collect a list of players and all submit a refund, if they reject, we all can call the VISA/MC on the same day and file a CASE =)

I am sure if 100 people all call in, some action will be taken by the bank to handle the situation.

Maybe, but GGG don't have any information "leaked" out yet.

Actually I don't really care about refund, since I really enjoyed playing PoE and won't regret those 100 dollars spent.

That's the problem GGG are giving half baked answers. Or not even bothering to answer. If they were just to tell everyone what is actually going on.

What it looks like at the minute is they are forcing people to use Garena if they are from SEA region by not displaying the singapore gateway. No 1 in there right mind in asia would log onto Europe or America server. However they better hide Australia as well as some Asian's may opt for that gateway. Even thought it was said people would not be forced to move they just donÄt want anymore from SEA joining from what i can see.

Chris said that Garena players were having problems downloading the client. I fail to see how as to download the POE client if you are playing on Garena then you must log onto Garenas Website. As within there download you will be directed to their servers. So different gateway ip addresses and the like.

If you want to play anywhere on Steam you download client through Steam and yes if you want to play on Original main server then you go direct to POE own website....the 1 that doe's not say Garena or Steam on it.

I feel there is an underlying pressure being put on GGG by Garena due to the fact that they are under the impression they have the SEA monopoly.

It must have been a good financial arrangement and i can imagine that there are a few region clauses in there somewhere.

I'm in mainland China and Australia server is 10x more stable than Singapore for awhile now. Wouldn't surprise me to learn that someone is messing with the Singapore server so people feel forced to switch to Garena instead.

Like I said, Asia has population but they aren't donating. Amybe devs figure to let Garena hassle with it instead. Can't say I blame them.

Heard that the sg gateway is actually au gateway, I havent had the time to try out but can anyone test it out they are the same gateway?
