WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

I feel your pain, I was banned yesterday myself. Tried to login only to get "Banned by an administrator" message. Just like you the reason was "breach of terms of service". I sent an email to support, hopefully I'll get a reply soon. In the meantime I'll recollect what led up to the ban.
I wasn't even playing yesterday, I was going to make a new character so I decided to sell off all the stuff on an old one. It was getting tedious alt tabbing to check prices on the website so I installed Awakened Poe Trade. It was recommended by Redditors and was told it was not bannable or against ToS. So I used it to list items, I was also buying stuff for the new character. Most of the time spent ingame yesterday was sitting in base waiting to buy or sell. There was one moment that stood out to me; my game bugged and when I tried to message a seller my chat window went crazy and kept scrolling up really fast. I'm not sure if this was cause by Awakened Poe Trade but it's never happened to me before using it. Something else that also came to mind when I was banned was POE being interfered by LGHUB. LGHUB aka Logitech Hub used to configure my keyboard, mouse and headset. Lately it's being bugging out and would hog up cpu. I usually restart once I notice how sloggish my computer has gotten and when I check the task manager, it would tell me LGHUB is using 50-70% of my cpu. I noticed the cpu hog would accelerate when I play Poe so I wonder if its related somehow. Anyway I really hope I'd get unbanned, especially I was just about to start a new character. What would happened to all the mtx and stashes if I don't? |

I am starting to think we are getting banned because the servers can't handle us searching. If it's searching on their trade site or using a trade macro. It seems like they are getting overwhelmed. I of course did not realize this was a burden to them.
Maybe they should just add some estimated prices in game so people wouldn't hit their site so often? |

" Or maybe implement a similar option in game. The game would just integrate the trade macro so we can price check items and tp fast to ho. Imagine with no trade macro the trade site would be down every day cause of each player opening and searching it. The macro at least doesn't open the page it'self so it uses just code, not video also. Forgot to mention that i was muted 60 or 70 days (for posting something wrong in global that should have been in trade, something that didnt even had a price or wts in it) 1 month before harvest league.
And after my mute was over, i didn't even know, casue i wasn't using global/trade chats anymore, i wanted to share to a person some garden craft prices, list copied from a discord server, and i didnt see that the price list text had a "#" at the start of it. And i pasted 2 different lists, one after another fast, that both went to global , and i got double mute by 2 diff admins for 99 days each. After that i emailed support and i explained what happened and within 10 hours my mute was lifted, and they responded 2-3 times related to the issue. Yeah i know it's not the same team....but why do all other teams respond, react and resolve issues so fast and not the ban team ? :| " They even responded with a "happy to help" ending email within 11 minutes of my "thank you" email. " Everyone has an external progam for their mouse and keyboard these days. I have like 30+ more buttons on my keyboard, where i open my music, change songs, volume and so on. And i also had that problem u said, and not just with chat, wiht map also, and very often, my chat would scroll up non-stop until i restarted the game, and same with map with would just go up, it was like the up arrow was blocked. but i was pressing it and other arrow keys and still the command UP was forced and blocked or something, I dunno from what that is but sometimes it started while i was doing nothing, just walking around the hideout checking trade chat. |

I am still pretty annoyed. The only reason we have a hunch of what might be going on is this 9 page forum thread and not from their actual support.
If over-requesting is an issue, why keep it secret? Why not just say hey stop requesting or be banned? It's not like a hot tip for a hacker to know their web sites can't handle our requests. If they really don't like the trade macro, change around the syntax of their item data and throw it off. Stop just banning and ignoring us! What is to gain from avoiding telling us we are requesting too much? I am reasonable, I would just cut back my searching. Which kind of sucks because I like knowing what things cost. Who would of thunk that "cheating" was using a web site that is not part of the in game experience here. Rather than scale their servers they would rather just ban people and ignore them for 7+ days?! Take away their in app purchases. For using their web site too much?! Who knew this game was so ghetto.
