WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)
" I just experienced that i was banned for 3rd party software, but apparently you had the same reason but you were ban for "rmt". I got banned after trading with someone from the trade page, they were giving it for free (is that the reaaassoonn?). it was a yellow shield cost 1 chaos though. But yah i know exactly how you felt since im frustrated as well. accused and there is no clear reason. What im saying is, people who doesnt do it will try to defend themselves more. Im just upset that i was banned for not a good proofed reason. I have to wait for several days to continue playing (if they actually unban me because there is clearly no using of 3rd party software). I just started the game like a week ago with my friend and started to like it. However it just sad for me suddenly to get ban for not the right reason. I hope they can give me a clear reason. |

A friend of me got banned as well!
8year old account, he bought supporter packs for 1000+€. Banned for nothing, no explanation no reason. I can only guess that he got banned because i gifted him my Mirror (we are REAL-LIFE FRIENDS, we are in the same GUILT, we play this game togather and SHARE EVERYTHING). They dont answere his mail and when i contact them they only say "no comments about other accounts". I'm absolutlely sure he did nothing wrong, but even if he did, A PERMA BAN ON A 8-YEAR OLD ACCOUNT without ANY WARNING is crazy and bad behaviour. I can understand a perma ban on new rarely played "bot"-accounts but not on a 8 year account without any warning. |

" this is not correct. When he contacts GGG support, he will get a reply that his ticket has been moved to the correct department for review of the ban. Then he will not hear anything else until the review is finished and if he is told that the ban is permanent and not an error, then and ONLY then will there no longer be any reply to his mails. |

" Interesting, i need to read more ToS's. I thought poe is a multiplayer coop game, but maybe i'm wrong. But even if its true, then give us a warning, a message box "bad guy dont do this again". Or a 1-month-TEMPORARY-ban so we know we did something wrong (even if you dont tell us what we did wrong, what we still dont know until today, only guessing). Even at work they need to give you multiple appeals/warnings before they can fire you. Soccer: first yellow then red card. But this PERMA BAN after playing for 8years without any complaint out of nowhere without the chance to defend yourself is "not very friendly". Neverheless i said more than i wanted. I only wanted to give my support to the post creator: You are not alone! #PoE is still the best game on earth #Only the support-ban system needs to be changed fast #Temporary ban before perma-ban for year old accounts |

" But this is not correct. If you get an account ban, then you have an appeal option where you can contact GGG and provide the relevant information they should look at when handling your case. |

They ban us for this reason
 They sale tash more often and want us to start over again, easy money :D |

"That's not a ban reason. That's them saying your ban won't be overturned but you can still play with a new account. Other people have mentioned you can ask GGG to transfer your MTX to the new account. If that's true the whole, "They ban us so they get more monies!" claim doesn't hold. |
