WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

I am also pretty sure that this is handled in diffarent departments inside GGG HQ. GGG have already answered here, so that's it. Your friend will have to follow proper procedure and talk with GGG support even though this can take "extra" time from time to time..... |

And the only way to contact them is by contact support....where....already said...but yeah....sent 20+ emails in the last 20 hours.... And as u can see in the picture, they had time to respond to him that his posts were deleted 3 hours ago..... What to understand from this ? ................... |

Ban actually started 5-6 hours ago....so they stopped replying to his emails for 15 hours before he got banned ? what ??????????

" Simple, that both you and him are not listning to what I keep saying --> " --> sending lots of e-mail = never any reply from GGG because support queue placement is reset ALL THE TIME. So again, stop sending e-mails and wait for the reply. |

" 1. You can keep sending mails, and you won't get a response time because you will be kicked to the back of the queue every time you send one. 2. They gave a reason, breach of terms of service, in reality they do not have to give any further information than that. Have your friend read terms of service, and i am quite sure at some point he will reach one that he knows he broke. No rest for the wicked.

" He did nothing wrong, always streaming every gameplay, if he would have done something wrong it would have been noticed before. We are using a trade macro since starting plaing PoE, and only thing used similar to an external program, like every one else. Other than that there was nothing done except encountering a bug that would not let him enter his garden or maps. Thats it. Nothing else. If the macro would be an issue the the system would ban everyone. But i doubt the macro is the problem. If you are sure that your friend never use any 3rd party software, he should fight to solve the problem. Its pretty sad that GGG can't event tell for what he gry banned :)

" I am the one who got banned : I did not and never used any 3rd party software other then a trade macro for pricing items, as everyone does. All i did was plant so many benches to the point that i crashed my garden. AFter that i played for 10 hours, while speaking with contact support, they replied 5 times, and stoped after that. It's been 1 day+ now and i got banned 8 hours ago for absolutly nothing. I might have gotten auto-banned by a system bot, but not getting any answer still is still very very wierd. I know 100% i did nothing wrong, thats why im trying to exlain and get an answer and my account back. |
