WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

Me creating another account and after that saying i did so cause i didnt get any answers in the email, and because im banned there is no other way of contacting staff, is exactly the same as using an already existing account that is mine or a friend's !

The account is public now, didnt notice that, cause this account has never been used for anything else than talking in chat when i or he were muted.

If account sharing is against ToS, i would somehow agree upon that cause it would involve other things that also breach the ToS etc etc.

But if it's not allowed to use another one to actually contact the staff support if all other means are blocked cause of banned and emails get no attention then its starting to feel like they want to ban people at random and after that want to be left alone and not say anything about it.

U have to ask urselves why would no answer be given, why would there even be a policy that u can be banned without been given a motive for it, and why would the reddit post even be deleted ? Why woould players not be allowed to talk about their own ban ? Ofc from another account, cause u cant talk from the banned one right ? WHY ? Isn't this breaking the real life freedom of speech act or something similar to that.

I don't think that this would even be mentioned in the ToS....what would they say ? "You are not allwoed to talk about account issues unless uare the owner ?" Ok im the owner and i got banned ! Banned means i cant use contact means on the forum or in forum personal messages. Only by email and that doesnt get any response. So only way is to make or use another account (if the person who u use the account for agrees upon that)

You are 100% allowed to make a new account. Mostly the say that to you when you get banned also. :)

However account sharing is not allowed.

100% sure you are allowed to make a new account and "talk" about the process / then banning as such. However GGG will not talk to you on this "new account" regarding anything on other accounts because of privacy laws.
I can see that you keep making new threads about this in differant section of this forum. This is against forum guidelines and they gets deleted all the time (just noticed 1 more got deleted).
This is not a good thing for you and you really should stop this.....

Yeah they actually responded to email just now...but not really an answer...it's the same "ur ban problem has been sent to apropriate team members etc etc"....

after 25 emails in the last 20+ hours...i get the same email....

At least it's progress...
I am still siting on my automated email from the 19th. This whole thing is so bizarre. We got the devils advocate with all the polices on hand but just failing to simply let something small slide to make the paying customer happy and the business earning money again. It's so strange!!

I am an semi-pro disc golfer who has made money in tournaments. If you foot fault, you get a warning. If you do it again you take a stroke. They don't take your discs, kick you out of the game and then not tell you why out of the blue!

Stop treating us like idiots, saying "breach of terms" is not a significant explication. On top of all this, we gotta listen to policy bot 9000 with no heart saying it's all about the fine print. Really? All about some fine print eh? Not about humans wanting to play a video game who did nothing wrong? It's more important to hold us to this blind sided ban than treat us like friends who like to play your game?

Of all the crap that I have had to endure, saying that they have properly informed me is the lamest brown nose response you can come up with.

I also have the same issue after 6/7 years of playing and supporting this game and have spent $$$$ on this game and recommended this game and have 6,000 hours play time i got a ban with no reason why

Seems like something fishy is going on here ??

I really hope they have an epiphany and realize we are not their enemies. Maybe we broke some terms scrambling to find out why we are banned? So what! What kind of business is so hard on people.

Lets say one morning the sky is blue, birds are chirping and they realize we did nothing wrong. Would they really be so cruel to ban a paying customer who was inappropriately banned who created an account to contact support members on the forum after being neglected through email? Why treat people that way?

If I was a business owner who did this to paying, non-cheating customers and I realized they are not cheating and have been held without explanation for 5+ days towards the end of the league, I wouldn't sit a nit pick people who made accounts to contact support. Instead, I'd apologize and give them some store credit. It just seems like we are in some sort of guarded spiraling hell with this "policy" game.

Maybe they are going broke and just took a gamble at us re-buying all our loot tabs. I won't forget how bad this experience has been.

Not beeing tin foil hat here, but if u think about it, a person who has bought all stash tabs + a lot of mtxs, and gets banned, if he/she decides to make a new account, they will most likely buy those again...so that's some profit ?

I know it sounds wierd...but its logical in a conspiracy way.

either way i think u are right we should get something at least for this experience...cause getting no real answer is kind of a middle finger to all players....not just us....the next one...or next 10/100...could be anyone...

I also used PoE Overlay - since it was released....maybe 1 week after max....and was the only thing i used. I use no keyboard or mouse 3rd party program.
