Im only wondering how did the tech support team answer within 5 minutes after my 1st email (when i 1st reported the issue via contact support), and still within max 5 minutes answers for 2nd, 3rd and 4th email... On a Sunday.

And 25 emails after no response... on a Monday ?

How was I sent to the top of the list when i 1st reported, also for my 3-4 next replies....but now im not even seen ?

And they didnt even stop responding after the ban, they stop answering 10 hours before i got banned. I still played the game with the bug there, i just didnt go garden or maps.
This sound exactly like what I am going through right now. Saying that providing the reason "breach terms of use" (in a login portal, not even kind enough to send an email) is enough information to blind side a paying loyal customers is ridiculous. You may as well say "because we said so."

I am a mobile app developer and when our app submissions get rejected by Apple they give us a line item (category 1, second 2 blah blah.) They also send emails and replying to their support does not cause you to wait longer.

It's like a government cover up for alien sightings or something. No, I'm sorry you can't just lock me out of my currently favorite game which I have spent over $100 of real money on IAPs and not give me a direct answer.

Been banned 5 days! I emailed support the day I was banned. It's been 4 business days since I contact support. The ONLY message I got back from support so far is an automated response email. There is one support member who has replied to me on the forms while going out of my way to talk to someone but he just says to wait. You realize a new season is coming. And if people are being locked out who didn't cheat and paid money to keep your stupid company alive you shouldn't treat them like criminals and take away their game!

Guilty until proven innocent?

This whole experience for me has been infuriating. Maybe we should start a petition or something?

But I still think you already lost because of the ToS you agreed to when you created your account = GGG have the right to terminate your account for any reason they see fit.

regarding the ban process, last time they did something like this was the day before a new release. They learned this was a bad idea. So now they do it with "enough time" before a new release.....

Not long ago, around the last december release I think, they had a response time of 10+ days for almost 3 weeks....

Well more and more reason to take my time and money elsewhere if this is so unreasonable I guess.

I still did nothing wrong. If they just responded to me say 2 or 3 days after I sent a support email, I wouldn't have to seek for further ways to contact them. A result of them neglecting me is me making a new account to talk to them ... And now they can actually ban me? Why was I banned in the first place? Everything I do seems to violate something all of a sudden. I am a friendly, kind game player. I would even buy some more IAPs if I got my account back today.

The thinking in my head to make a second account was to direct message one of their forum support people. Is that so wrong? Can't they forgive me for my situation and not knowing their full list of policies? Why do they want to turn this into a lawyer game and hold me to some fine print I was not aware of? I just wanted to talk to someone. Why do I deserve this scrutiny. I did notice people are saying "my friend was banned" yeah we know it's the same person lol. Stop bullying around your customers making them beat around the bush. We should be friends not enemies.

If someone was rude, actually cheating etc then fine treat them this way. But I am not a person who deserves this treatment.

I have never been so boldly mistreated as a consumer. Why are they trashing their customers this way? Who f-ing cares if I made a new account to talk to them. I am flustered, I want to talk to someone. I have had a billion times better customer experience at places I have spent way less money. Why do they think they are?

Lets say you throw an innocent guy in jail. Not only does he spend the night, but he has spent 5 nights in jail without an explication. He makes an "extra phone call" and now he has violated a "jail term" and has to stay in jail forever. Self entrapment.

Hell, at this point I would settle for having my loot tabs back despite all the hard work I put into my character since league start. Is it really so bad

If I get my account back, I get play the game I like and will end up buying more skins, it's a win win. What is the problem?? Why be so hard on me!! Why would a cheater spend money on IAPs with the fact they know they are risking a ban. If I was going to cheat I would make a smurf account. If I got banned while cheating I wouldn't care. But I didn't cheat. I have an investment in time, money and progress with this game.

100$ ? Maybe 1000-2000$+ spent on supp packs, mtx, STASHES for everything, multiple quad stashes, etc etc, change skin MTX, etc etc etc....
And no i did not create this specific account just to talk to them or here on the forum, i got banned 12 hours ago or so, u can check to see when this account was created by my mate so we can get a party up when we are muted.

Ah and btw, u are so right. Even reddit when they remove ur post, gives the exact reason of doing so. And every single other site.

Some of u joke about aliens and gov.nz to make a conspiracy sound pathetic. But by them not responding on the issue, but responding to any other issue within 1-2mins is making things smell very fishy....

I mean i have a lot of 100 lvl chars, i have 36 challenges each league, i interact with the forum every day almost, i host breach runs every league start, i have forums for std and league created, a lot of them, i always stream my every gameplay, and ofc i buy every single stash tab, almost all supporter packs and a lot more other MTXs, not a huge amount, but still a decent amount.

It's like that person said in this thread...if i were to do something that i know would risk me getting banned....why would i do it on my main juicy account ? It takes 5 minutes to create a new one....that should solve ur mistery.

Hopefully GGG will solve this ban for nothing mistrey soon. I really would want to play my game and forget about this and maybe be ausred that it never repeats.

Tbh the facts are pretty obivous.

I remember a few years ago a guild member of the guild i was in, not with the account "Schmockla" but with another back then, he was bragging about *something i cannot say here cause i know it breaches the ToS* his account.

And he got banned withing 1 hour, and the ideea is that he got the motive of the banning within 5 minutes of his ban.

The motive was clearly stated by GGG and it was a clear breach of the ToS. No doubt. The guy was streaming on Discord i think and we were reading what GGG said in the email.

So they responded imediatly cause they had something solid to give to him.

BUT NOW ? Because there is no real breach of ToS, they are stalling imo, just to find something to say.
If they would have had an answer they would have given it, along with the proof, like they did in the case of the dude i just said, and after that nothing would have continued.

The fact that i got banned without beeing given a motive even after all theese comments, threads and emails here and on reddit (that got deleted) is an obvious proof they have no real response to give.

I still think there is a small chance i got auto-banned by a system bot, but still, a small chance, but what is certain is that i did nothing wrong i just encountered a bug that i reported, thread of the bug is still up i see.

If i were to be banned cause of using PoE overlay, then i should have been banned a very long time ago, along with maybe half of the players in the game, but that is not the issue.

FYI your "new char" has all the stats hidden so we can't se any information about it.
But then again, that doesn't matter.

However account sharing is a breach of ToS, so this is now adding to your problems... :(
