I also used PoE Overlay - since it was released....maybe 1 week after max....and was the only thing i used. I use no keyboard or mouse 3rd party program.

PoE overlay is a third party program. Overlays are difficult to handle, since they can do more than one thing if you play around on the settings. There where already bans against people who used something similar who showed lifebars with percentage, unhided the map, used flasks if your life got under a certain amount.

I would suggest you keep stop spamming in this thread every few hours and just wait till GGG gets back to you. You are not the only person who wants to play the game.

i'm not spamming. I'm waiting for my account to be back and trying to make it a faster process, im posting once every 5 hours. that's not spam.

You are not in my or other's position...if you would be maybe you would post even more often.

Except that is considered spam on this forum. You are allowed to "bump" a post ONCE per 24 hours. And going around the forums and posting the same thing in different threads is considered spamming as well.


If I was in your shoes, I would be trying to talk to the people who could fix my issue, rather than whining on a forum about it trying to speed up a process which isn't going to be sped up by coming here.

Day number 6 for me with no reply from support. At this point if they just told me "We banned you because we felt like it" or "we banned you because we need you to buy more stuff and we're going broke" I would at lest feel better than I do right now.

If they have such a backlog of people to help, how come all those people aren't on here asking questions? I don't get this back of the queue thing. [Removed by Support]

And so what? It can take the accounts investigation team weeks to get back to someone, if at all.

And again, coming to the forum and complaining isn't going to make anything "go faster". You are just gonna have to wait as GGG does not offer any sort of account help via the forum (which answers your last question).

Or who are u ? are u payed to defend things that should be illegal by moral terms not some ToS invented by them to give them power in a virtual world ?
If u havent got banned for no reason yet, don't worry, it seems everyone gets their chances. Stop coming here trying to argue that what GGG is doing is right. It's oposite. It's only allowed/legal by ToS -> CREATED BY THEM.

It's like the governemnt making a law where by u need the government to let u complain about the government.

How can u even say "it takes the team weeks to get back to someone" when i said so many times they responded to my emails within 5 minutes after the 1st email report, and so did for the next 4 emails. After that, and before i got banned, they stopped. And ofc until this moment (i only recieved 2 emails that are the same "ur problem has been sent to X")

1 day after i see they have the time to delete comments threads and posts, they have the time to respond vie message on the forum but they dont have time to give an email saying "were sory our bots banned a lot of people cause of this and that. the ban will be lifted and wont happen again.the end"

Are u actually believing in urself or do u want just to look good in their eyes. I'm just wondering what are u thinking when u as a player are defending those that take away the power of speech, not mentioning their account with everytihng money and time invested in it, when its clearly something wrong and only right by their own ToS.

It doesn't add up to me why someone who is not going through hard times as we are would come on this form and just flame people who have been banned and neglected by support.

If I was to cheat at this game I would use a fake account and not one that I purchased a bunch of stuff. That's a big "IF" because I am too competitive to cheat.

Aragorn14 is the second person to come here and degrade people who are already in a bad position. So sadistic. If you don't know me, you don't work for GGG why go so hard on people on this support forum? Maybe ware are nice people who like to play this game! Why do we deserve your rain of hell while being banned for no reason?

I still have no clue why I was banned. It's been 6 days and counting. I can't post with my banned account. I have done nothing but play fair and work hard and this is the thanks I get? Being ignored by support? And demeaned by forum trolls? This guys said "talk to someone who can help." Well guess what they are not responding. Pretty sure all of us have emailed the freaking support.

Have a heart! Why just sit in joy through other peoples misery. If you can't help us and are just going to talk trash then you should be banned.

How does GGG not hold any customer appreciation or concern? We are all just bots because we made good currency on Aug 19?

They also edited my message AND they gave me a link to the policy which I FULLY understand.

Sadly, they can't give me a link to a policy that I violated to give me closure on this whole banning thing.

Humor me. I didn't cheat and I am banned and I am dancing with further bans just by trying to get help. Do I deserve this as a non-cheating guy who loves this game? Really think about that. If I didn't deserve this ban, maybe I deserve an apology. But what I get is ignored, and the policy police demeaning me amongst my undeserved agony.

So what if I emailed twice! I was wrongfully banned. I just downloaded the game and play. I don't have the GGG PoE policy certification like some of the "helpful" forum members I have encountered.
