WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

both of you need to understand 1 thing -->
like many companies, GGG has several departments doing "their own things".
So yes, the MOD team in their department has time to edit your "posts" because that's one department. However the department that handles ban / ban investigations have a backlog and therfor hasn't replied to you yet.
Both of you has clearly been told by GGG general support (again 1 department), that your ticket has been sent to the relevent department.

Does it suck that the wait is so long, yes I 100% understand this but sadly that is how GGG management have decieded to do it's internal resource management. :(
Is this super frustrating for the people that has been banned "wrongly", yep I 100% agree again. However I don't feel that this gives you the right to make posts using "words" that is against forum guidelines (many of them then had to be edited by the GGG MOD team)......

From my persetive, I am part of some group of people as part of a "sweep." So by being on my computer and trading during the day while I work from home, I am a possible cheat according to their exact science here.

Fine, ban me for a day or two. But give me some solid feedback. They don't think twice about how bad this is for someone who was not doing anything wrong and just care about that someone in my group of bans was cheating. Maybe none of the people banned are cheating.

The day I was banned I made 200 ~ 300 chaos and found good loot on a blight map using a rarity gem on my Spectres with the Divination Distillate. I found a bunch of fossils and good loot. Maybe their game was coded to give me too much stuff with my rarity buffs. I HAVE NO CLUE.

I got off my computer, done with work for the day at 5:00 PM then got back on to play at 10 PM. My account said I was banned at 5:04 PM. Literally right when I stopped playing.

I guess I don't agree with their whole mythology of "friendly fire" is OK. Hurt the innocent just to get back at the cheaters.

If you cheat, then just make a new account and cheat some more right? I want my non-cheating legit account back. I wouldn't care if I cheated to get where I was at with my banned character. Now I have lost a week of playing towards the end of the league. I get the same automated email no matter how articulate I am.

I make good money, it's not a matter of spending $20 to get my loot tabs. It's the principle of how badly I have been treated as a legit player.

Just because this is some sort of process doesn't mean they should neglect us while subject to their "friendly fire" / who cares about the legit players getting banned mythology. This may sound bad, but if I was a support person and I knew that most of the people banned did not cheat and are being mistreated, I would let them play and risk the cheater back into the public. The cheater already has moved on knowing why they are banned. While we sit in this lame chat praying for justice.

Sadly this is sadly true and sad.

Deciding to give most attention to the most meaningless things and least importance to the ones that need most attention.

While we are here waiting to play the game while others are doing that and some of them even come here to troll us.

At least someone here understands and agrees, dunno if this helps us in any way but it feels comfortable, but still when im done with my daily activities and want to ..... play poe.... i cant play i have to check here and there if my account is unbaned and try to get some feedback from support at least except "ur ban has been sent to X".

I don't know honestly what i said in the recent comments that got them edited, but seems that daily there is something new u cannot do. Even less freedom in the poe world than in real life.

They also edited my message AND they gave me a link to the policy which I FULLY understand.

Sadly, they can't give me a link to a policy that I violated to give me closure on this whole banning thing.

Humor me. I didn't cheat and I am banned and I am dancing with further bans just by trying to get help. Do I deserve this as a non-cheating guy who loves this game? Really think about that. If I didn't deserve this ban, maybe I deserve an apology. But what I get is ignored, and the policy police demeaning me amongst my undeserved agony.

So what if I emailed twice! I was wrongfully banned. I just downloaded the game and play. I don't have the GGG PoE policy certification like some of the "helpful" forum members I have encountered.

Every single action that has a real motive, is followed by the motive it's self - even with a ban, or a message edited or removed or post/thread

But...with our bans....seems that there isnt something to point at....cause there is no real motive. I did nothing wrong. Period.

And are u worried u emailed twice. I emailed support 35+ times since yesterday....still waiting on the ban to be lifted but nothing...

I also played 10 hours after reporting, and after GGG stop replying via email, and i stood in game without exiting it, then i go to sleep and when i wake up i found my account banned. It was not as fast as you, but still, 10 hours after i reported my bug and sent them a dxdiag and another file from mydocuments/poe/etc, still 10 hours i played, i got banned when i was offline.

I always stream whatever i do in game, even if i only trade. I never play of stream, Im only online and off stream when im not home so my items are shown on trade site.

i know u might be right, but what else can i do, wait and say nothing, so i get ignored totally and they forget ? they can at least send a message from the banning team saying "we are looking into ur ban issue and we will resolve it soon" but even that...what would soon mean seeing that up until now nothing has been done ? :|

A petition, here on poe forum or on reddit/path of exile is considered a "call to action" action and will not be approved.
Why do u think there is no POLL option on this forum but almost any other forum on the net has one ?

Maybe discord could help there, if not in the end youtube is our friend.

They said this to some people in threads similar to this one where they got their account banned for nothing. So i presume they are aware that a mass banning was done ? Is this done by system bots and not by people ?

Im asking this....cause i got banned after i reported a bug via e-mail to contact supp and i sent dxdiag and production_Config files. I was thinking that i got banned cause they thought i bugged my garden intentionally (and somehow enjoy not using it and/or my maps) or because they saw im using PoE Overlay ?

Or after i send those files they are given to the system for testing ?

How are bans done ? Do actual real life humans look at the issue and decide an account has to be banned or is it done by bots ?

100% Sure it's not an auto banning because of PoE overlay, cause if it was that then a lot more players would have been complaining (even if most have quit and are not playing the league, there are still a decent amount of players left)
