WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

It does not affect me personally. I just read the forums and i look through threads to see if people might need help or posting my opinion.

You on the other had have made more than 90+ posts which i assume over 90% are on this thread. You seem not to realize that the support and the moderators from the forums are mostly not in the same department and have different tasks to comply.
You could still play the game on another account (with some restrictions) and wait till the support gives you more information about the status of your main account. [Removed by Support]

It does not help anybody if you just keep this thread on the top of help/information without providing anything useful. You got banned, you have to wait till support solves this issue, thats it.
It does not matter how many badges or MTX you bought in the past, if you get banned, you get banned.

Not surprisingly GGG deleted my reply post to you because it contained some words that i copy-pasted from your inital comment, which, after i reported for the same reason, writing the actual motive in the report, yours does not get deleted. I can understand where you come from now and why you act like you do.
Ofc i will now keep my mouth shut when it's day 10, almost 11, of my banning for nothing, after which i recieve an email i got unbanned, and the reason for the banning is beyond unreal....but wouldn't you know it...when i try to login i'm still banned.

Probably this comment will get deleted for no reason also...very fair GGG....very fair...

Honestly man I'd also wish this thread to be locked, but if support doesn't want to lock it I mean it's fine, not that i really care about it, just IMO locking this thread is better due to OP's spam and ludicrous replies when asked to stop his childish behavior on this thread.

Even the ban is unjustified, the actions he taken right here is enough to see why he got banned at the first place. OP is not accountable (first post explains it pretty much, "my friend" so he won't be accountable for any actions he taken with this account), very impatient (should I even quote this?) and ludicrous (OP's reply to you).

Well it took nothing to get a ban and 11 days for unban. Thank you GGG for the unbanning...at last...and everything opposite for the rest of this experience :)

In general, we do not encourage the creation or use of third-party tools because they provide advantages for players that use them. I'm afraid, due to the dynamics of our policies, we're unable to guarantee if a tool is allowed or would remain allowed in the future.

I would recommend refraining from creating or using any programs that automates or does more than one action with a keystroke or mouse click as well as anything that interacts with the game client to provide an advantage over other players or provide information that isn't normally visible.

I understand that i am not allowed to cheat, like in using falsk macros, map hacks or anything similar.

F5 is 1 action per key so its ok.

But.....

I still don't understand about the price checking because they said "or provide information that isn't normally visible" - what to get from this ?

The prices are normally not visible....just on trade site evidently....but checking every item u need to know the price for, would mean almost half of ur gameplay.

I only press Ctrl+D to check prices on 1 item at one time (the item might be stackable ofc)....is that a violation cause it overloads the trade site ? I'm not gaining any hacking bonus from this that allowes me to progress easier like i dunno....a hacket item that has millions of dps ? or speed macro that gives me double speed......i just check the price....so i dont have to alt tab, go to site, check the price and maybe check some boxes in the trade site options to be sure i dont search for something else, etc etc etc....

Overall, they said i was banned for something RMT related....not the garden bug, not 3rd party programs...probably sent the same message to all who got bot-banned...but doesn't really matter now...

Would really be nice if someone from support would say "price-checking IS or IS NOT allowed with any program" (just the price checking ofc) so i know i dont put my account at risk from doing practicly what the game needs for so many time....seeing the actual price on an item when need. That is not cheating or hacking or profiting or anything similar....

Oh this is interesting --> They properly have logs of you trading items / currency to "several" other chars without getting anything "correct" in return.
Like giving / helping guild member with items or currency.
Could also be you "trading" items / currency to your other chars (on your other account).
This "looks" like RMT so you got banned.......

Well if a guild mate, or in game mate asks for 20 ex and i have, i will give yes...but i also expect them to give them back :) it's not like a giveaway....and i've done that multiple times, and also borrowed from other people. I don't think that is against the ToS but i can understand how a bot might consider it similar to rmt.
