" I was using "POE-TradeMacro-2.16.0" that I got from github. I haven't used it since getting my account back. I have wanted to and caught myself going for the hot key. I would like to find out if this is actually the reason I got banned or not because I miss the trade macro. I'd rather keep playing than be a better sales man *shrug* edit: It could be that I idle in my hideout and sell stuff while I work from home and they thought I was a bot. It could also be the manual searching I was doing all day on their main site. It was around the time when they could have been beta testing the next league and where having server issues. " I doubt that could be a reason for ban, because it doesn't even interact with official Trade API (it using outdated poe.trade instead, and is very laggy), and according to Bex parsing Windows clipboard or game logs is fine. However thank you for the answer. Of course, ideally would be for GGG to implement something like Awakened Poe.Trade in the game itself and then just disallow every unofficial trade macro... Hopefully, one day it would be done, seeing as they introducing huge QoL with tab affinities. |

Hello, just want to let you know I was banned as well for "Breaching Term of Service" on 26 August. I didn't ask support for help right away but when I did, four days after they unbanned me.
This is the reply email: Hey there, We have reviewed your account and in this case we have decided to reduce the ban to a warning, and you should now be able to access the account with no trouble. Please remember in future that buying/selling items, services or accounts for external currency (including forum gold) breaches our Terms of Use and is a bannable offense. If any RMT behaviour is found to be taking place on your account in the future it may be permanently closed. If you have any further questions or queries please don't hesitate to contact us again. Kind regards, Accounts Investigations Team Which is completely wrong because I have never RMT ever. I only thing that is similar to RMT is at the end of the league I always give my currency away to my guildmates to help out their challenges. This can go up to 30-40ex. Anyway I only sent them 1 email. |

OP is just spamming at this point, quoting himself instead of editing his posts. Just wait till Support comes back to you, i might be wrong, but you are not the only player who has a open support request. And i bet your are not the most important one. |
