I have no idea what's the point of this image, but it is really, really triggering me. From my angle of view, this is literally a hateful comment that is meant to antagonize support. Posting once is fine to me, but again and again, even on other forum post is.... i don't know, it's like OP is attempting to provoke support, and it's making me feel sad.

3. OP has already received his answers towards his question. Which is about falsely banned and what should he do, I believe many helpful users around the forum has already given him the answer (which is to wait patiently) and I also believe OP already knew this.

I really, really wish support will lock this thread because there's no purpose for this thread to stay open anymore.

GZ, can you tell us which exactly trade macro you've used?
Did they tell you to stop using that trade macro or just told that they unbanned the account?

For ToS violations GGG, nor any game of a similar nature, divulge why the ban was issued nor why it was overturned. The only time you know if you remember doing something quite specific. I think you also are told if the issue is scamming, but that isn’t a ToS violation.

I remember reading a reddit thread where GGG actually asked banned players to stop using POE Overlay before unlocking the account though.

Really? I missed that. That’s actually really good to know.

Edit: it looks as if they said that because Overwold datamines from the user. I can easily see how this can either accidentally trigger a bannable offense, or Overwolf starts data mining directly from the PoE server. There were already some functions I thought might be fishy.

Yes, there was rate limiter related problem with POE Overlay, and the accounts were temporarily banned. Also I remember reading something about Overwolf-related problems with POE Overlay.

I use Awakened Poe.Trade, however, and it should be fine:

price checking feature is fine according to Bex

"/hideout" shortkey should be fine because it follows one keystroke = one action rule

Still, Support's official answer is that they cannot guarantee that a tool is allowed or not, which is quite sad, because those tools being advertised by a decent number of streamers.
