I think i tried to install the awakened macro once, but it also wanted me to install i dunno what other program that my windows wouldn't let me, or i couldn't for some reason at the time, and i left it as such. I would say don't jump to conclusion without knowing the whole story. There's a build guide creator which is quite popular was also banned and he didn't made a huge drama / deal like you. I know it's frustrating for a false ban but please don't overreact.

It's not 1 unban a day, because I am sure it's not just all these people around the forum that posted was banned.

From what I suspect (this is just a guess) it's an automated ban wave that detects you have met a certain condition which caused the system to ban your account. I believe they do not have any intention on banning your account, it's just some false positive issues and they are definitely looking into this.

Don't make the GGG employee's job harder than it suppose to be. I know you are very frustrated for an unjustified ban, but just be patient, don't make their lives difficult anymore alright? I think if we just patiently wait by not constantly posting these threads, they will not have to monitor the forums as often as possible, and they will spend more time in resolving this issue, hence it will be quicker to get all the unbans done.

ME (the one's who's account got banned for nothing after i inevested so much time and money in) is making life difficult for GGG (the one's who banned me and others and says nothing) ???

U were right at the start of the comment but when u said that u killed everything.

Ofc im gonna overeact cause practicly they are just ignoring me and others. So what are u here to compare a player to another player. So a build creater or a big streamer should get more attention ? Why not all players treated equal and given a response at least of what is happening and when it's going to be over ? Maybe that way no one will overreact.

Im aware of a lil overraction and i dont mind if u or anyone else doesnt like it. I dont think me posting here and there is making time hard for the ban team...i dont think htey are the ones reading this or editing/etc on the forum....

Yeah that's what i said, all should be treated equal. Im not making a drama out of this...but its 4 days now...and 1 unban case takes 1 day ? what if there are 100 ban cases. meaning 100 players. are u serious ? werent u banned also ? or im mistaken ? now that ur unbanned ur all ok ? what if it happens again ?

Botting is a major problem in PoE. If GGG creates an algorithm that bans 100,000 accounts and 50 of them are player accounts with 99,950 bot accounts, do you think that is unreasonable from GGG’s perspective? You DID do something that met some condition resulting in your account being banned. GGG may have intended that condition resulting in a ban; they may not have, The review board will look into your case and decide if a ban was justified, then leave it or restore it. Just wait. Actually do something IRL more productive than mindlessly playing a video game.

OK then. waiting to see how u react when u get banned. But seeing that u have only 6 challenges done so far, i clearly shows u interact with the game so very often and come here to give me advice. it's not ur concerne what i do with my life or my account. i know i did nothing wrong except use a trade macro and bug my garden. i want my account back so i can play my game like everyone else....who isnt banned and spends time on the forum defending ggg when u can be their next banning victim.

just gonna ignore u people from now seeing that u have nothing better to do then to probably troll the forum without a good reason then to be here.

i was banned.it took me 10 days to get my account unlocked.It can take up to 2 weeks to get a response for any account issues. Also they working from home because of corona. You cursing ggg alot with ignoring customers but this isnt the case at all. Just dont write your daily update and chill 1-2 weeks till they have checked your case. Crying like a baby isnt the solution and makes it not faster.

No one is crying here try to understand that i do not like the situation im in beeing concious i did nothing wrong. 2 weeks ? The league ends in 3. How does that help me. How is that normal ? 2 weeks ?

u stood 10 days and from that email it seems they gave no response, evidently case there was none like in my case and most other. If getting banned for no reason so much time is normal, then i dont want to know what "harsh" means for u.....did u at least get compensated with some credit points or something to justify the fact that u are locked out of ur account and forum even without doing anything wrong and without even been given a real motive?

They give me nothing but that is fine. And it is normal to not give any details about what they did wrong. Breaching the ToS is enough to prevent anyone to improve cheating. As i said before, you are not the only one who has account problems. They said to you they comming back to you soon as possible. Just do not be impatient. It can take a couple of days/weeks till you get your response.
