Well if he e-mailed 2 days ago and unbanned now the whole "wait your in queue and dont type because u ll lose your queue" is a big lie. I didnt e mailed them for 5 days and still no answer

Wish I had that treatment it's been 5 days with out a response to my email and I only emailed twice that same day

I emailed 08/20/2020 got an automated reply. Emailed again Tuesday 08/25/2020 and that time not a peep. How many days does it take. Honestly if they just said "you're banned because we said so, thanks for the fandom and money but we hate you" I would find some comfort. You would think if it was a mistaken ban they wouldn't be treating us like dogs.

Oh but to fix all my issues, I just need to email support? Right? That's the answer of course.

Looks like I was unbanned today. Got an email from support but did not say what reason it was that got me banned in the first place. I suspect it is awakened poe trade that got me banned and i will avoid that from now on until i can confirm if its really allowed. Hope this information helps but probably give support a few days to investigate your case.

So u got banned, then unbanned, and got no real motive for the banning ? What did they say at least ? U can copy paste the email they sent it wont get deleted.

I think i tried to install the awakened macro once, but it also wanted me to install i dunno what other program that my windows wouldn't let me, or i couldn't for some reason at the time, and i left it as such. Never got to use it in the game. I actually wanted cause it looks better and works faster from what u see on streamers but i was ok with poe overlay cause it was ez to install and use.

Overall...are they making fun of us ? is it like i said ? 1 unban per day ? Is this a joke ?
