WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

A friend of mine was banned and we think it's also due to poe awakener trade.

The friend is ichigo, creator of the build Lahkesis Queen of Chaos.

I've known him for a while and as far as i've seen he's never done anything wrong. He's always been helpful with the community and especially the people who play his build.
He send a message to GGG but he hasn't heard back and it's been 6 days.

This game was new and addicting to me. I used to be obsessed with Fortnite and Warcraft 3. Since 3.11 all I have done is play this game. It's turning into an abusive thankless relationship. I am on the tipping edge of just saying f-it keep my IAPs it's not worth my mental health to try to understand what's going on.

Their "bot" detection is a coded badly from what I can tell. They can't handle usage of their web site. So they just ban people and ignore them without regard for their feelings, time or money spent. No warning or faith is someone to make a behavior change and stop requesting so much. We are all "really bad people."

You win, keep my $100 of purchases. Screw my hard work high level necro. Why do I deserve to be informed and helped. Lets all think the worst of everyone. Pretty sure Blizzard would not treat their customers this way. You guys rock yo, way to bring back Dictatorship 2020.

ok mate, if u came here to say the least important thing when i already stated whats the issue if u look at this accounts creation date, it was not made to contact ggg on the forum, and i dont even care what u or anyone else thinks about that matter, seeing that from all of this, u only got the least meaningful thing. Or u might be trolling seeing that u even replyed to me after i wanted to move on. either way i think u that other troll should find some other players to....troll...we actually have a real issue here that u might not have experience by now.....yet.

man would really be nice to use those garden crafts and play the game...

I just got an email saying I was unbanned. So I think it does have something to do with Awakened Poe Trade, maybe it bugged that day and triggered some false positives? I wish the rest of you good luck!

How long were u been banned ? And was the motive here on forum said just "breaching terms of use" ?
