Unique items that could use some love

so, freezing them mobs is prolly really worth the loss of other effective stats.

...would u agree that its usability is very, very limited? Personally I don't know anybody using it...


about the shoes: I think (at least for me personally) it's really sad if an item is just a "swap-item". Is 35% vs 30%(on rares that might come with more useful stats) such a big difference? Well, maybe it is, since a dom-runner doesn't need any other stats than SPEEEEEEEEEED. but still....they are basically not meant to be used to actually play the game, except for runs...

on my incinerate / EB build

mana from ES and flat mana is VERY good, drawback is irrelevant, and there is little real gain between lvl15 and 20 conc effect. it is ofc few 'more' percents, but does it matter in reality? for min-maxers maybe, for a normal player the difference is irrelevant. and this is a 5link. for wand/shield builds that is very important

Maybe. But, remember, this game has a ton of facets that aren't all about the endgame. In the beginning of a league, those boots might be a godsend... at least for a while.

there are a lot of uniques that do have a limited window of usefulness. That's perfectly ok.

the 'window of usefulness' is a wise consideration. I like it. but I think it makes it hard to compile the list of 'unique items that could use some love', because from such a point of view - as correct as it is - it makes almost all items useful, wouldn't u agree?

most of items on this list are lvl60+

there is no window of usefulness for such items

i counted 5 maybe 6. all others are lower than 60. so 50/50. but yes I agree, starting from 60 this 'window' has been shut.

Not when that window is exactly one day. That is problem. Lightbane is a good example its lower level bro the monk robe of healing farts is easily 4 times more useful.
