If you double the drop rate on everything no one would be pleased spending over 1k fusings trying to get a 6l. If your only argument is to make crafting more rewarding you should be going after items rather than orbs. My point with rich getting richer isn't that they'll just have 100 mirrors. It's that these guys are all chasing top gear, just like everyone else. These guys have orbs to just throw around so people still looking for shavs who are rich will put higher bids on them. Look at those new unique gloves, thundergods or whatever. They weren't an hour old and already some people were bidding over 25-30 exalts on them, next day they are selling for 10. You give these people more orbs to throw around freely prices for all god level items goes up along with that drop rate. I'm sorry but I'm grinding my balls off to be just above poor, I don't want to find out the items I'm chasing are going up in price rather than down. Even with maps, the reason they are so expensive is they are so unrewarding. You are ignoring the roots of the problem and just saying make the drop rates higher which will create more problems while not addressing what you are trying to solve. It's not a good solution.
