" Try reloading a gun while doing a roll, you'll see why. Crossbows are balanced around reloading, they require more actions and attention but output more damage. I don't think there's any problem with them. |

+1 I do hope that this was a huge wake up call on what the average poe player wants and that they will take their money and move on if that's not met.
that being said if joh wanted to go and make a new souls like game that's not a top down arpg I would play that but poe isnt the place for it |

" wow,Why try to explain things in the game in terms of real-life stuff? Can you throw a tornado with a spear? |

" Yeah if this is the vision, Johnathan can play it alone. I'll stick to poe1 or even LE |

" Because thing like that make the game feel better. I hope they never change the Lich "Eternal Life" mechanic because it actually encourages the player to spec into "More Stuff On Low Life" nodes, then go to their hideout, take off the gear, cast spells with lifetap and then put your gear back on to freeze yourself in a low life state forever. That's the first time ever the ARPG gameplay got immersive, to play lich you have to actually do the lich things go to your secluded crypt, perform a gruesome ritual on yourself, freeze yourself half-dead forever and enjoy the lich powers. That's an absolute WOW moment for the game, when playing right feels COOL and thematic. Stuff like this really should become the game's identity. |

the latest reddit patch made the game too easy
" if monsters pose no threat, combat is optional" - Jonathan was right about this one. However the game still feels boring and sluggish. Jonathan spearheads this company into the abyss with his non-negotiable vision of marrying diablo and elden ring and call it PoE2 |

" What do you mean? He literally grant reddit every single wish. Everything reddit asks - he just does. In the end we will end up with a game designed by Reddit rather than GGG. |
