Nobody said it was. Even Chris acknowledged that the game is balanced with instant-logout in mind.

That's why games with a logout delay like D3 are literally unplayable in HC.

It was implied, and the game is balanced to be spikey they don't balance shit around HC anymore that quote is nearly a decade old and always has the other context removed.

I agree its better the way it currently is though i'm in no way arguing for a change in anything other than player perceptions, we have lenient disconnect because its a benefit to us the players when shit out of our control goes wrong.

It turns into abuse when you use it to crutch yourself out of every situation on HC. The point is players shouldn't act like HC players have to log out, no we don't.

Would they clear all the bosses if they couldn't? Probably not but the same winners are likely to win its just a little more authentic to my eyes. Impossible to police though exactly why we are here instead where all competitors are required to do so.

You can chain T16s very comfortably without logging out I don't know why people assume you must play like a cuck :p

Sure you probably won't run corrupted 8 mod rares but you can totally juice up acceptable T16s and feel completely safe other than a d/c. Bosses are where the danger is, or not reading it depends on your particular weakness.

When I did it, I was only farming T14-T16 and killing Sirus A8 every time :p
The only boss I didnt do on that run was Aul tbh
