this game is super easy before maps...and you dont need more than 4 stash tabs...you filled yours up with junk that most of us would never pick up,because you dont know what is good and what is junk. i never fill up more than 1 before reaching maps...

I didn't buy any Stash tabs and am enjoying farming The Library, Reliquary, Blood Aquaducts, and Vasteri Desert alongside some delving or Temple of Atzoatl in Hardcore. I dodge Deleriums and Betrayal league because content like that is always scary. I have yet to try any mechanics created after Betrayal League except Blights since they are all so scary.

The scare factor keeps the game intense and enjoyable while I look for another way to save Bannon from being a vessel for Innocence. Otherwise, I try to only keep maximum 3-4 full stacks of currency so I can fit my stash. Anything over that I use on random stuff I find on the floor or give away a full stack to the random low level I see in Sarn (act 3; they are usually just a veteran that's better than me and I get told off in various ways and they still take the currency but I don't mind.)

I have never found an Exalt after years of gameplay.

Maybe at least finish the game before passing judgement on it?

Dude, you really need to chill. And get better. You've gotta be doin something really wrong to be getting "killed near immediately" in every encounter with that character. I don't get that though, you had a bad time playing so you're gonna spend all night raging on here?

And you are in no way helping your defense. It's a game that thrives on the addictive tendencies of it's players, and you're saying I've done nothing within 15 hours. That says nothing if not proving my point.

I honestly think you should reflect on your decision to continue participating in this cesspool that calls itself a game and figure out a healthier way to spend your time.

Dunno, but people in (HC)SSF prove that it isn't that hard.
You probably won't manage to be successful with your first character, but the game is actually quite easy until you get to maps, from where things can get hairy, depending on map mods and stuff.
And ultimatums can be too hard during levelling up, but you don't have to do those.

It is not a casual game that you can just pick up, play through it, and discard for the next one.
So I've got to agree with people who said it before: 15 hours is nothing.

I'm not saying you're wrong about the game exploiting addictive patterns, though.

You confuse me. Are you just slamming the game because you think you need to buy stuff in order to play properly? Or are you genuinely frustrated because your build sucks?

I played for over a year with 4 tabs and no MTX of any kind. Had a blast. Still having a blast 7 years later.

What is your goal with this thread? To say the game is some kind of scam? I don't get what you're aiming for here unless you just want to troll out of anger/frustration/whatever.
