Extremely Slow Queue Processing

Guys, i've been around a while to know this has been the worst launch so far, is almost cynical to hype everybody up and then releasing the new league in this state. I cant even press certain buttons without receiving a nonsense message about blood magic support or whatever. Not to mention the timed out disconnections every 5 minutes and the awful queue.

Just take a week, delay the launch and do things properly. And pls tell tencent to f***k off

You tried to save face by letting your "free marketing team" play the game uninterrupted, but have upset the rest of your player base in the process.

I'm absolutely puzzled by the everything GGG has shown me over the past few years and I am embarrassed for the support and contributions I have made towards the team during that time. There has only been a streak of downward trending quality over the past several leagues, despite what their player numbers may show. To be completely honest, if I were in charge of QA or PR for both this league start and the last, I would be extremely embarrassed by what I have put forth as part of my résumé.

I'm certainly no IT specialist. After 3-4 leagues in a row seeing the "we have an unprecedented amount of new players logging on the same day". At what point does this type of thing become predictable for you guys at GGG? And at what point do you guys decide to actually fix this problem. I love the new content you guys bring but maybe put new content on hold and spend every bit of manpower your organization has on networking? Maybe buy 2x the servers? This should really be solved by now... but it only seems to be getting worse.
O pior de tudo é ver que existem pessoas que estão tendo privilégio dado pela própria GGG e estão conseguindo jogar, jogadores que tem prioridade de login e que não estão sendo afetados pelos crashs deste fatídico primeiro dia... Isso que mata minha vontade de jogar... se fosse um problema pra todos com certeza ele já teria sido resolvido, mas como é só para os meros mortais em quase 7 horas de lançamento ainda não conseguiram corrigir... complicado GGG
