Question: When did crafting become the main aspect of an ARPG?

Loot drops in PoE are terrible. Testament to the game I think that it's actually fun despite that.

Love how the Last Epoch guys doubled down on it.

Not only do our drops suck, but we're going to make you sift through all of it!

Where exactly in this post did I say the word harvest? Go ahead I'll wait.

Ok, I still wear 6 uniques and 4 rares so still above 50%.

I'm happy for you. Doesn't change the fact that crafting is and always will be the #1 path to power. My char wears 1 uniques and I used harvest on 50% of them as well.

What's your point here? Should we all just play unique only builds? Not sure what you are getting at.

Easy. This

99% of it doesn't drop from monsters.

I mean, his point was clearly in reference to yellows. Seems like you are just being a smart ass for the sake of it.

Bahahaha ok man. Let me know the next time a rare that is an upgrade for any slot on your char drops. Till then be silent.

Not the point. I constantly sell rare and unique items which drop. I don't have to use them on my character for them to be viable. I am not sure why some people need to be so obtuse when it comes to this.
Crafting became a thing IN THIS GAME. It's not a huge thing in Diablo 3. Been trying Last Epoch for awhile, its NOT a big thing. I played Grim Dawn. It's not a big thing.

Clearly POE is trying to be different. They are going after a specific target group that plays arpg's and enjoys crafting.

You must sell a lot of 5-10c trash then. That doesn't count. I'm talking actual well rolled good items for end game. Not shit you sell for chump change to casuals.

Nice assumption there. I stopped selling items which cost less than 10c a long time ago and my single trade tab is still nicely stacked.

Sounds to me like you still sell a lot of trash.... link the "best" item in your amazing tab of stuff that dropped from monsters.

Bet it's less than 30c
