Their lack of communication is not a secret, it's clearly evident, in conjunction with fact-based, well researched & documented conclusions; RE: Consumer satisfaction.

This isn't what OP wants, but pretty much every "what we're working on" and "patch notes preview" update is basically a statement on the issues and what they plan on changing or attempting to fix.

no it isn't OP, its blatantly obvious what happened this league and even if it wasn't they don't owe you anything they aren't a political entity elected by the public as representatives.
If you have feedback that you think they could do better or should have postponed for a month etc then go add it to one of the myriad of threads on the issue but asking for a statement lmfao .... jeeze
