GGG it's time to release a statement about what happened this league.
" Well that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. But I disagree. The only league I really didn't like was Synthesis.GGG can't please everyone but I feel they're doing a damn fine job with what they've been doing. Are there things in each league I don't like? Absolutely, but I do what I can to either avoid them or try and work with it. |

How I see things: Three months cycle was barely maintainable for past few years. Pandemic showed its limits.
I Hope it will get better in the future. I would still appreciate the game with 3 leagues per years. Hf :) Last edited by Heli0nix#0378 on Oct 9, 2020, 1:37:55 PM

" Agreed on 4 month leagues. Gives them more time to polish their work and therefore resulting in a better game and a happier community. No, the covid card is a poor excuse for their constant blunders. |

They aren't going to apologise... they would have by now.
" This logic is terrible. Simply acknowledgment that they made a huge mistake releasing such a buggy, unfinished league, which they clearly did. Why was it a mistake? Because it shows a complete lack of respect for their players/supporters. People, in general, would be content waiting an extra month for a less frustrating/antagonising product. The general consensus these days is that GGG simply doesn't care anymore & situations like this, with basically zero communication, only serve to strengthen that idea. Not something any company should ignore... |

" You didnt answer the question. What would this required apology acknowledging their huge mistake by releasing a buggy unfinished league accomplish? Also I don't think there is "general consensus" that GGG doesn't care anymore. Seems to me an apology post is completely useless and unwarranted, and that actions are far better (patches and timelines) "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

" I did answer the question, you just chose not to see it. Poor customer satisfaction has a compounding impact on the performance and profitability of a company. Customer relations is a thing... |

Great post!
I agree 100%, worst league launch I ever played. |

" Oh right. I see it now. The company is performing badly and no longer profits because the general consensus is that they don't care anymore, or make apology posts anytime there is a bug or something they need to fix. Chris are you reading this?! If you don't make an apology post there will be financial ramifications! Actually I think I can see who has the terrible logic. Do you actually intend to stop playing or supporting until they offer an apology? Really? "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

" No idea why you are getting angry. I simply made a general, factually based statement about your poor logic. I never stated anything even remotely like your insinuations. - Yes, consumer satisfaction has a direct impact on the profits generated by a company. Fact. - Positive consumer relations directly impacts consumer satisfaction. Fact. |

The amount of microtransaction announcements this league is only rivalled by the amount of patches. I'd say they are getting desperate.
