I have kept trying to run a T3+ map on the zones without a citadel, with different "atlas-states". And now I had the watchstone fight ready in one corner zone. And then ran a map, and I got the citadel portal in the end. So without changing anything else I tried running a map in the last zone I was missing a citadel and it worked there as well.

So I'm not sure if it was the "atlas-state" I was talking about or if GGG have done something just now. But I'm good now! (without master mission btw).

Can you get exiles on the inner quadrants or just the citadels?

MINE GOT FIXED!

Someone suggested me to switch hideout.
That's exactly what I did.
1- Switched hideout.
2- Ran without master mission 4 maps/region.

I finally got the missing citadels.

This was my initial report. Had (6/8) Citadels.

- What league is this occurring in?
Metamorphis

- Does the tier of the map you're running match what's on the Atlas?
Yes. As I`ve no cetadil there, Can't actually change the tier at these areas.

- Are you using Legacy maps?
Nope. Playing at league.

- Are you running Master Missions?
Most of the times. Yes.

When answering these questions, could you also post a picture of your Atlas?

I have tried with and without watchstone - tens of times.

BTW, I guess it should not be socketed right?

You need 4 Watchstones in a region if you have 16 Watchstones unlocked

Of course it won't work without Watchstones socketed. See also the description in your tray for Watchstones

I have unlocked 8 watchstones so far - only outer regions. And I'm trying to get Conqueror in the inner region (no watchstones so far). Which watchstones and sockets are your refering to in this case?

Standard

yes, all kinds of t3/t4 maps

- Are you using Legacy maps?
not for trying to unlock the citadels. I have used legacy maps when starting the league/patch.

- Are you running Master Missions?
yes mostly but also tried without.

When answering these questions, could you also post a picture of your Atlas?
I have all 16 stones from the 4 corner regions and not even a citadel/socket-thingy for the inner 4 regions.

Same issue, bumping for visibility. Can't spawn an inner citadel in SSFHC,,,

Discover the Alter by keep playing map in inner region.

In your case your tray probably said you need 2 to 3 Watchstones socketed for that inner region. Unplug Stones from outer region to do so.
