Can't unlock inner citadels post 3.9.0c Hotfix 3

after 10h of trying to make pop a citadel, and all the voodoo you can find on forum, i give up...

On 2 i have unlocked everything. Another one simply never apeared.
On an other one, i made 1 boss and it never re-appeared.

I guess it come from the migration trouble

Same problem here. Cant find the citadels in the inner atlas. So im missing 4 citadels and tried to do all the stuff suggested here. After 45 maps im done

Don't know if this should be fixed by now, but if:
It isn't working for me. Haven't unlocked the citadel for Haewark Hamlet and Lex Ejoris.

The fun part is that in the area for Lex Ejoris it seems that I've unlocked two Watchstones that were automatically added to the citadel, since the map tiers of the area vary between 10-12.

Have tried to remove/readd Zana from my hideout and relogging between it. Also created a new level 1 character and tried if that would trigger anything.

But still no luck, redone most of the maps of both areas and still no citadel.

I'm Over it at this point, and just going to quit playing.

Things I've tried to fix the Missing Citadels issues(others have claimed these things fixed their issues) (hopefully doing some of this helps others players)

1. Relog
2. Re-install game
3. Create a new character. level to max. run maps
4. Clear maps on original character who progressed the main story
5. Remove Karac/Zana from hideout. Re-log re-run maps
6. Change hideouts and run maps
7. Delete all Cache files when uninstalling game
8. Researched each region, purchased each map in the area at all available tier levels, and ran them all (83 maps total)
9. Dropped all watchstones and retrieved new ones from Zana
10. Obtained max possible completion for Atlas/Awakener levels based on what is available
11. Join a friends game who had Conq spawned in a region I cant access. Killed boss, clicked on HIS Citadel
12. Zoomed in map and clicked every square inch with a watchstone on cursor in case the citadel was their just hidden
13. Performed voodoo/satanic rituals in my basement to spawn the citadels
14. Prayed to the GGG gods
15. Created a New character in SSF, leveled to max ran maps
16. Migrated that new SSF character over
17. Ran all maps that are "connected" via lines from other regions while at all watchstone levels
18. Deleted original character who i first used for Migration and questing (level 93 character deleted in the name of science.......)
19. Joined others during their quest line to unlocking the areas I am locked out of
20. Checked forums/reddit multiple times daily reading thru the frustrations of hundreds that this problem is affecting and how the league if 1/3 over and this problem still exists.
21. Downloaded the stand alone client (normally play on steam) and tried to play from that instead.

Final Option I have not tried but am considering:
Since a 100% uninstall/re-install does not change the issue. Im assuming its account related? if it was software a reinstall would fix... soooooo

22. Use the stand alone client to make a entirely new POE account. Level a fresh character on fresh account to maps just to see if it unlocks citadels (99% sure it would as the problem seems account related... wouldnt fix my issue.. probably... but would be interesting to know since GGG has provided ZERO feedback about the issue over the past 4 weeks)



At this point GGG if you tell me to delete my entire account, every character and start over from the beginning with NOTHING unlocked and lose my 280 hours of progress for this league. BUT it would 100% fix my issue. I would do it in a heartbeat (over 350 ex in gear across all characters, 3 characters leveled to 93+, all geared to the teeth). Just tired of being stuck at awakener level 6 and not having access to 35+ maps of end game content............

Same shit here, 2 days farming and still cant spawn a citadel. Stuck with 14 stones and cant move forward. I dont know, feel like we are beta testers for this new Atlas

This is still an issue.
I did 43 maps today to get my last watchstone and haven't gotten influence in Valdo's Rest, it is ridiculous.
This seriously makes me want to quit the game, I have no information if it is a bug or anything I'm doing wrong.

I have all my watchstones socketed so far; I obv. have 4 watchstones in Valdo's Rest for the requirement and then I ran red maps...over 40 of them.
Please look into it, its atrocious.

Same here,

8 Citadels with 4 Watchstones each while 3 of that Watchstones
are unique Watchstones (socketed in complete Citadels, so I can
use the Watchstones from this Region in another where I do miss
some yellow and green Watchstones).

Stuck with 2 influences (red and yellow) on 2 areas where I got
all 4 Watchstones already. Not able to pull any further Influences
on Areas/Regions where I do miss Watchstones for the Citadels.

I switched the Watchstones around between the Citadels but that
does not matter at all as it seems.

I did more than --60-- T14 to T16 Maps without any success as in
getting a Conqueror Influence in a Region with a Citadel which do
need more Watchstones to complete.

I did try yellow and white maps for a pull too but no luck either.
