Can't unlock inner citadels post 3.9.0c Hotfix 3

I have unlocked most of the core maps and still can't unlock Lex Proxima citadel. I have only one map unexplored in that area and the others I ran many times. This isn't supposed to happen, right?
I tried switching hideouts twice. I tried clearing a map on my first character - from which I rerolled. I still didn't get any indication of the citadel. |

How can I dismiss Zana guys ?

I have fixed mine by doing a higher tier map on my first character again.

All maps completed in Valdo's Rest. No watchtower (citadel). https://imgur.com/a/9eCptH2 Did this it works @gong911: Zana in your hideout is a "decoration". Edit your hideout --> Open the decorations panel --> Mouse-over the Zana in the panel and click "dismiss". After that i exited the game to be sure and through the same method re-added her. First of each corresponding (t3/t4) map from the 4 inner regions i ran after that (no master missions or zana mods) i got the portal to spawn after killing the map boss. I've got one watchstone from each of the corner areas and have them socketed.
Strangest thing is I got the citadel of Glennach Cairns but no watchstone or boss fight. The take watchstone option from Zana does nothing. I don't even know how the citadel appeared on my map since I was running corner maps. I can't unlock any of the other citadels or spawn the boss fight in GC. Same thing for me. No watchstone dropped. I checked zana and she has a "take watchstone" button but nothing happens when i click it. |

I cant spawn my final citadel in "Haewark Hamlet". I did all maps there, several times, but it doesnt spawn. Anyone else had this and managed to fix it?

I have the same issue in Haewark Hamlet.
I have removed zana restarted and re-added her, still no luck even when running the maps I can * I dont have every map yet because I have not had them all drop * And the strange thing is, before this watchtower vanished I had put 1 watchstone into it. So now the maps are lvl 7-9 which my original char has no hope of doing with their gear, not to mention I cant remove the watchstone from the tower because its not visible for me >_> |

Same here: last citadel does not spawn, tried dismissing Zana, running using my first character, doing Zana missions, removing all watchstones - nothing works. Even worse: last 3 encounters with the guardians do not drop watchstones anymore.
I'm stuck it seems, so no more progress in the Atlas. Now what? |
