Can't unlock inner citadels post 3.9.0c Hotfix 3

None of the workarounds in the thread have helped me. Swapping hideouts, changing gateways then swapping hideouts, running a billion maps, can't change to my previous character because it was deleted and I'm in SSFHC, etc. Good to know that GGG is on top of it, though.

" Yeah, I was just saying so in case people in my same state thought those workarounds might help. Anyways, my Atlas questline is fixed now since 3.9.0e. I just unlocked the rest of my watchstone altars with the conventional method. same name in-game

i have the same problem, cant unlock the inner regions citadels.
first i have the delve bug where i cannot break any walls since i crash all the time throwing dynamite, and now this. i really start to get pissed Edit: - What league is this occurring in? SSFHC - Does the tier of the map you're running match what's on the Atlas? I guess so. - Are you using Legacy maps? No - Are you running Master Missions? Yes Which regions are affected? Valdos Rest, Lex Proxima  SECOND EDIT: FIXED! Hideout switch and then running 3 maps gave citadel. dont worry if you dont see the special mobs in the maps (influence), after the third map in valdos rest (t3) the citadel portal opened and i could take the stone! It's still not fixed for me it seems.
I'm in SSFHC and this is my only character this league (I didn't even mule or anytihng). The uper left outer zone won't spawn it's watchtower. I have 12 Watchstones and every other watchtower unlocked. I tried basically everything that comes to my mind. Socket and unsocket my atlas. Change hideout. Change realm. Run with master mission. Run without master mission. I ran around 40 maps there now. Everything is unlocked but the two unique maps there. What to do? :( Last edited by Nynnja#0853 on Dec 18, 2019, 5:34:22 AM

The .e patch did not fix the inner ring problem for me.
Tried all the work around within this thread. It would be nice if the patch notes specified which problem the fixs refered to rather then a generic quest state issue. Fight censorship

I was modding my maps as usual and I wasn't getting citadels on the inner regions at Region Level 0. When I did the maps white with no mods I got all 4 citadels in 4 consecutive maps.

Patch 3.9.0e solved the problem for me: first T3 non-legacy map (with no master mission) from each bugged region unlocked a citadel.
