Can't unlock inner citadels post 3.9.0c Hotfix 3

Tried from two hideouts, with/without watchstones socketed, from a handful of t3+ maps in each of the inner regions.

Same issue, at 21 watchstones, have 2 regions i cannot even get access to citadel

Not fixed by 3.9.0c Hotfix 4 :(

Me too. I can not get the citadel for the southern most area. Valdo's rest.

I've got one watchstone from each of the corner areas and have them socketed.


Strangest thing is I got the citadel of Glennach Cairns but no watchstone or boss fight. The take watchstone option from Zana does nothing. I don't even know how the citadel appeared on my map since I was running corner maps.

I can't unlock any of the other citadels or spawn the boss fight in GC.

WORKAROUND: I ran most of this on "an alt". running center zones on the first character to interact with the questline, gives me the citadels. AWESOME

interesting. I actually have a char already leveled so will try this and report back
