I know its tough to be called out by public opinion for who you actually are. Don't worry - you grow stronger with each failure and put down. Hopefully it's not a totally lost cause and you become a better person in the process.

GG. Why don't ya go theory craft some area damage or crit chance onto some gloves.

Why don't you tell us first which Grifts you did, when you plan to kill shaper or uber elder and what other game achievements you reached. Ninja Gaiden blindfolded? Dark Souls 3 in <1h? Beating Serral in SC2 or Arslan Ash in Tekken? olofmeister in cs:go or ziz in POE speedruns? All i see is you attacking a guy that reached delve 14000 when nobody knew how to do it. All i see is you attacking others while not proving that you have the "right" to do so. This is a POE forum. I see no stats or achievements that prove that you actually know what you are talking about. And gaming in general? Tell me. What are your records and achievements there? Because you sound like a team liquid boss player with millions of fans and dozens of sponsors. Are you?
The Sirus fight is a disgrace.
The amount of entitlement and elitism in this thread is beyond stupid.

"I am better than you in a freakin' video game, therefore my opinion is correct no matter what I say, and people with less challenges than me are stupid".

It's like a freakin' kinder garden. Just as a side note: The SMARTER guy wouldn't devote his life to achieve "God like" status in a video game.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

Why don't you mind your own business. I attacked nobody until I was attacked. I'll prove nothing to a drone that can't even pay attention, and brings up completely irrelevant garbage.

Edit: And oh my god, I just realized you said Dark Souls 3. You clearly aren't someone anybody should talk to about gaming skills.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

Maybe try to be a little bit less insulting.

@Phrazz: What is wrong about showing some respect to players (or people in general) who broke records and made quite a buzz in a hobby (or pushed the limits) we are here for in this forums? Did you read the whole communication? It's not about who is better. It's about respect when you attack somebody who achieved something in something and you didn't. Read the thread. See where it went off the rails.

It's not about videogames (even if i believe that this devaluation of "just a freakin videogame" should stop because it's as good a hobby or profession as soccer or painting). it's about attacks or deragatory comments on and about others just because you believe that you have to decide who is a real gamer (tm) and who is not. Without any proof that you know the stuff you are talking about. And again: not you in person. Just to make sure this does not look like an offense. And no, i don't think one's oppinion doesn't count because he/she has less experience or achievements. Or that more achievements or challenges makes one superior. But when a person acts like the supergamer and tries to devaluate others achievements, it gets weird, when there is not a lot to back it up, don't you think?

And yes, when somebody with quite a record in a hobby says something about this hobby, it means more than somebody who just keeps throwing around insults and has no proof of mastering or contributing to the hobby. That's all. I am out anyways. So think whatever you have to think. I really respect you and don't want to get in an argument with you ;)

If it starts off with something stupid the rest gets ignored.

Why don't you tell me your crazy achievements in games? I don't think you have a right to comment on anything if you don't show me proof that you're an insane gamer.

POE would be better if you couldn't post on the forums unless you have at least 24 challenges completed.
So all you really end up having is playing the economy, and plowing maps. And if you want to get anywhere on your character, you are better off mowing monsters down like weeds and just collecting pennies of the ground as fast as possible than any meaningful item hunting.

Much as Dakkon tried to act mysterious about the whole thing, every single thread on reddit talking about him pushing Delve had lots of people saying 'tons of damage, vaal immortal call'.

Good on him for putting in the time and sulphite, but let's not fool ourselves about how mentally demanding the theorycrafting was (especially when the archetype for pushing Delve was, long since, about finding ways to be damage immune).

Edited my response as I am done trolling him. It's not worth the time. I appreciate your words nevertheless.

But yet why did no one else do it other than me and Relith? It's incredibly profitable (2 mirs+ per day) if done rightly which would naturally drive many players there if they could since most would be driven by currency accumulation.

It's one thing to know the parameters - its another thing to actually make it work in a real environment.

I can't speak for everyone, but I imagine there's a few reasons. For example: not having the start-up currency to make it truly workable; simply having less time to grind sulphite and delve levels; being more used to making currency in other ways such as flipping and mirror services (being standard after all), etc. Who knows, maybe some people were using vaal IC to delve and simply got bored of the oneshots before they reached such dizzying depths.

I'm not trying to devalue your effort; clearly it took you a lot of work. But it was pretty clear it was vaal IC shenanigans.

Anyhow, that's mostly an aside. Thread-wise, like others have said, this game offers a lot of ways to challenge yourself; it makes claims about the entire thing being a faceroll a bit odd.
