(ii) with respect to an interactive digital entertainment product that, from the perspective of a reasonable user of the product with other users, provides a user with a competitive advantage with respect to the game’s competitive aspects over users who do not make such a transaction.

Do I need to say more?
Find one. I dare you.

And there's no way this game is competitive. People compete at their option OUTSIDE of the game environment.

I'm almost certain that you would get disqualified as a reasonable user in this context.

So, you are saying that there is a disadvantage if one doesn't own a quad tab?

No, that's not what I'm saying.

I'm saying it's not that much money for a grown adult. But instead of actually paying a very small amount to enhance a game you play more than a AAA title @ $60, people whine on the forums, like it some sort of human right to get everything for free.

$15 is next to nothing, if that's the amount that stops you from enjoying PoE.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

I'm more than reasonable... I just disagree with you. That's not what reasonable means. I hate the quad tab I bought. Waste of money. Would much rather have bought 4 premiums.

I don't think $15 is a lot. I could lose $100 on the street somewhere and it would piss me off, but I'd get over it. You can't even buy a decent lunch with a drink for $15 in California.

asuming things will keep you blind.

these days if you "enjoy" something you MUST drop money.. this is why these devs will keep making easy money off every single one of the whales..

the generation of: "I will reward any behavior at any price, because I'm having fun".

Mind you I have fun in legion and I did spend money then again my investment is in future as all games poe isnt a game to be played forever..

no "king" rules forever..
"Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."

Once you break the cycle of fear no angels or demons can whisper you their sweet nothing words.

poe0.2/10. Nuff said.

If you would like to store them you can give them to a friend or store them on a mule. In no way are you being deprived of a reward because you don't have a tab.

There are no barriers to progression that a stash tab is required to break through. No where does the game require tabs. You want tabs. We get that. But it's not required at any stage.

There is literally nothing in the game that you can't do without tabs.
Re-read my HH post.
Can't tell what post you're referring to, but I'll blindly tell you that it's not buying tabs that get you a HH. You can do it without ever having bought one. You might have to rely on others to trade goods for you, and you might have to store stuff in an alternate account... but that's about .0003% of the time it would take you to farm a headhunter. Buying tabs doesn't do it.

Fixed that for you~

But any way, can we stop with the distorting of the meaning to Pay to Win? Because we all know what it means any anything else is just distortion to suit a narrative. Pay to Win is simple: I give money to the developer/publisher and i attain power that no player can get without paying. Jury is still undecided if stash tabs are that, since this is in all sense a PvE game there's no real winning outside of some arbitrary player generated goals like beating elder/shaper or beating all acts.

This is why it's important to go back and reread what I wrote and not just blindly slap the same thing over and over.

And as a fyi, I can tell you don't play endgame at a high level, which is enough to pretty much disqualify your input on HH farming. MF farmers make more than 90% of their profit from selling a bunch of small items in bulk. Nobody.. not even your own guildies and friends is going to be your little trade slave for that.
