Pure Breachstone exp. gain is broken must be nerfed!
" Nope, just full circle. See, the thing is I was taking into account total investment, particularly breach stone value. You can get multiple t16s in for the value of a breachstone, even considering sextants and map rolling. Now I can't remember off the top of my head if that bonus is inherent to the map or from a group. I've only run my pures solo, mainly to finish the uul netol challenge. But, the claim is that its too easy, too accessible. And just as there are people who believe that is so, there are still folks on the other extreme who after years still adamantly believe there should be no xp penalty for death in sc. And with that said, no one's said why its bad. More players can hit 100, yet most will still never make it to maps. Maybe I just compare it to the D2 days where it was bots galore running 24/7 leading baal runs and aborting on black souls or whatever iteration was spamming lightning. I just look at the extremes people went to back then to hit 100 so I'm trying to see it. The people who can afford to run breachstone after breachstone are dedicated enough that those that didn't push for 100 just needed it to feel less painful. I'd just like to hear more of a reason that it makes the 100 club less exclusive, because even then its still pretty damn exclusive. Yep, totally over league play.

" And on top of that, completely ignoring the efficiency rates. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

" and it only needs 1 stone for 4 ppl. if they split up the cost or the farming its so much easier than chaining t16 that dont even give remotly close the same exp. |

" Buddy, do you realize that you get 6 stones of value by buying 1 pure stone right ? Nobody runs pure stones solo. You either run them with your pure stone party for exp. and items or sell the remaining 5 slots for 5/6 value of the stone. So you get both all the items, boss kill, MOST of your investment and the experience at its fullest. Only difference is pure stone slot* selling is a bit slower. I think you are being willingly ignorant at this point. Trust your mind and strengthen your abilities! Last edited by MrsDeath_#3960 on Feb 18, 2019, 5:24:04 AM

Thank you for this thread. I needed a reason to focus on something other than poe, its hard not to get bored after a single delve run for me at this point.
And then you got me thinking about Swtor. If you want to talk about it being to easy to max level... I'm not up to speed anymore but when I left you could buy a token for a character 5 levels from max. Now keep in mind, unlike Poe where fight mechanics consist mostly of avoid whatever the boss is putting out or build to mitigate it, group mechanics are a little more complex, particularly when you get into the 8 man setups when tank swaps are necessary and while not insanely complex at the easier difficulties, you still should have basic knowledge of how the tank/healer/dps trinity works. While I haven't been back in a long while now, when I left you could buy tokens for 5 levels under max. I think they even granted one free to each account as well. Trying to do group content in order to access loot restricted behind said group-specific content could be quite painful because too much of the player base got to level the easy way and not actually learn how to play. I'm still trying to see how players who would have been able to hit the high 90s anyway hitting 100 a bit easier is detrimental. I get what Mrs. Death is saying since that's a name I've seen consistently hitting challenges since I started playing and has the roster to back it up, as well as the achievements and so forth. But for someone who has consistently hit 40 in multiple leagues, I doubt he/she remembers what its like for those of us who struggle to push that hard. And that's fine so I wanted to offer an opposing view from someone who's completed end game but still not quite to the point of 40 each league with exalts abound. As for the other two it seems like you're just parroting someone else, like how that one guy would defend Ino randomly over menial junk anyway. But for all I know you could run in the same circles and simply don't prioritize 100...but still somehow feel its too easy but don't feel motivated to actually hit 100 all the while... Yep, totally over league play.

" I did, I ran at least 3. 2 UUl's because I killed him without enough corrupting blood the first time and a pure esh just to approximate the boss fight duration. I mean it was what just last week someone in GD was complaining about getting scammed. Oh wait, that was a few weeks back, there have just been a few more complaints of others getting tricked too. (In other words rotas aren't guaranteed, unless you're very familiar with the people you're running with there's always the chance someone's trying to cheat you.) It's not so much willingly ignorant but a reminder that not everyone plays on pure efficiency. If all players played "efficiently" there'd be a lot fewer rares on the market and a lot harder for folks to gear up in general. I could ignore rares but part of the enjoyment for me is finding something nice. I could gain a lot of efficiency by only focusing on the stuff I know has guaranteed value, but I'd also lose the carrot on a stick that provides me what little motivation I have to run the same content over and over. But again, point was that not everyone plays the same way the top tier players do. Maybe it's at their detriment, or maybe they just don't quite enjoy the game the same way you do. I'm just asking that you consider the impact requesting any nerf has. I remember randomly browsing through the PoE reddit and complaining that the 25% movespeed craft was OP. Maxing at 24% and starting as low as 20 it lost most of the appeal it had. Rares got a lot harder to sell in betrayal, and with so many crafts locked behind veil a lot of people who normally wouldn't ID rares did so extensively if just for veiled stuff. That along with the crafting had drastic effects on the rare market. Yep, totally over league play.

I really don't understand what people's obsession with how other people play the game is? Is it a case of "oh no people who work full time are able to get to max level in the game like me whilst being richer than me irl too" or is it something else I am missing? I have never used a breach stone for anything other than amulet farming xoph and I preferred to make money on the backs of richer players by selling them some pure breach stones over reaching level 100 myself. The amount of craps I could give for how fast person x gets to 100 wouldn't amount to a single turd, I have no idea why anyone else would waste their time even caring if they were fulfilled.
