Please remove the mystery boxes because it's Hazard Gaming
" I can caps too: YOU CAN BUY THE SAME ITEMS FOR POINTS YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET THEM OUT OF A LOOT BOX FFS |

" "NOW KNOWING" like they don't post that you can get duplicates in the announcement post?! Do you honestly think that these things would be 30 points each if you COULDN'T GET DUPLICATES?!?! Well I could buy the armor sets for 2400 points total when they come out for sin and innocence combined, or i can get them out of loot boxes for 1140 points hur hur hur.... wtf would be the point of loot boxes?! They'd be 100 points each ffs |

I Like Loot Boxes :)

if they didnt have potential for dupes it would be idiotic, they wouldnt exist.
I like literally everything in the new boxes, and everything in there is worth 60 pints, 120 points, 250 points etc by itself, so I could basically buy everything in the boxes at 30 points each guaranteed by just buying the same amount of boxes as there are items? Are you people even switching your brains on when u make these comments? So the boxes become hey were adding this stuff to the shop, have it at a crazy reduced price guaranteed now or wait and pay much more for it later? What are you even talking about. I have about 28 perm characters in standard, I recently bought 3 bandana attachments to use on different ones. Dupes arnt useful to YOU, ok, thats you, not me, not everyone. I specifically want dupes of many things. Banning mystery boxes... When you buy a pack of magic cards do you know what cards are inside? Do you know they are not cards you already have? Are the potential cards actually worth serious real money? Are you actually gambling with real money FOR real money? Yes. Are you getting an advantage in the actual game of magic potentially depending how lucky you are? Yes. Have magic card packs been banned? No. [Removed by Support] I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :) Last edited by Patrick_GGG#0000 on Mar 4, 2018, 9:28:31 PM

" they list the chances for the item tiers only (rare 20%, uncommon 35%, common 45%) however they do not state if there are any biases within those categories. ie. we have no idea whether there's an equal chance for Sin Sword Skins to drop compared to Sin Wings _if_ a rare item is selected. until this information is clearly expressed (per-item), and they do something to deal with duplicates (as in let us recover some mtx value from duplicates we don't want) I'm no longer buying supporter packs. Mystery Boxes as they currently are implemented are not "ethical" in any shape or form. |

I dont really understand. How can kids spend money on a game like this? i would suppose they did have to ask their parrents?
What age are we talking about here? cause if you mean 15+ i defently would say they can judge for themselves. |

I dont understand people with no self control. I've always been opposite never tried any drugs despite enormous peer pressure at parties and stuff. I'm not judgmental though to each their own. But when money is involved I'm super tight and conservative. I wear literally $3 shirts I buy them in bulk. Never been into name brands and I went to costa mesa HS in California where kids are very rich. Again peer pressure had no effect on me to wear A&F and stuff. Oh well. Good luck to you.
I dont buy those stupid boxes either. I buy MTX I want outright. Git R Dun! Last edited by Aim_Deep#3474 on Mar 4, 2018, 9:39:46 PM

" why would there be a weighting within the categories? the chances are as clearly stated as they need to be, theres absolutely no reason to presume any weighting exists within the tiers as them giving you the weighting by tier is basically saying there isnt. You dont need it spelled out for you, youre just being silly. An advertisement for a shampoo that has a beautiful woman in a show is less ethical than GGGs loot boxes, but I bet you still buy bathroom products from those companies. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

" but those companies aren't campaigning or attempting to be distinct by claiming they are ethical. GGG however have set out to do "ethical microtransactions" and stated as much, but Mystery Boxes expose the fact that this is no longer true. Like many other publishers they intend to set out to exploit their playerbase. Change these to be buy-what-you-want (and can directly afford) and this problem goes away. |
