Nazibanners in 3.0! Why?
" Its not nazi. Are you blind? There are similarities, but overall difference can be seen at first sight. Last edited by Rexeos#3429 on Aug 24, 2017, 5:09:57 PM

" Symbols are universal and when you check for example companies symbols, you will find out those are variations on the same theme - for example stars, pyramids, square, circle, window, doors, lines... |

" i doubt there are many symbols in our world that havent been used before for something. Same things goes for storys, sure you can tell them diffrently but the core is the same. liek person x goes on an unwanted adventure to stop evil or 2 ppl fall in love with each other but they just cant be together for whatever reason. |

one could argue that the nazi theme is just a cheap way of marking some guys evil and immersion breaking.
but then we already have power rangers and golden angel wings, alien pets age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" It's not cheap, it probably came with the bundle of game sounds. How else do you explain the most lazy-ass design decision there is. That's the kind of design you do after a drunk night at the bar, immediately regret and redo in the morning being ashamed that someone payed you for this. Or it was requested by the balance team. |

Something must be wrong with my eyes, because I see two clearly distinct banners. They're both red, that's where the similarity ends. You know who else has red banners? Oh man, the list is huge. HUGE.
Carry on my waypoint son, there'll be peace when maps are done.
Lay your portal gem to rest, don't you die no more. 'Cause it's a bitter sweet symphony this league. Try to make maps meet, you're a slave to the meta, then you leave. |

Because they are supposed to be similar. Overall theme of Oriath Templars is similar.
Now, if you want to ask whenever they have to use this theme or not - no, they didn't have to. But they wanted to. When I see people's reaction like this, it makes me think that some people want to FORGET and purge the knowledge about nazism altogether. And if anything is even remotely linked to nazism, they go apeshit crazy. But if you insist on acting in that way, I'll give you some food for though: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-tobacco_movement_in_Nazi_Germany Feeling like you need to smoke now, just because Nazi Germany was anti-smoking? Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge. | |
