What's with all the triggered, overly defensive people here who are swearing up and down that this couldn't possibly have any relation to Nazis? Are they just right-wingers who have become so defensive due to all the Nazis, white nationalists, militia groups, and Klan members coming out on their side that they feel a need to deny reality even harder than usual? It's ridiculous.

This stuff is clearly based on Nazis. No rational person could argue against this. That doesn't mean it's bad. I don't even think it's lazy, as some people claimed. I'm perfectly fine with how they incorporated actual history into the game, just as I have been every other time I've noticed it. I've always been a big fan of killing Nazis in video games, so this expansion has been great for me.

Contrary to popular myths, even ostriches aren't stupid enough to bury their heads in the sand. Be at least as smart as ostriches, people. You're embarassing yourselves.

I'm guessing the OP doesn't know anythign about design.


They were designed that way intentionally, to give you an idea of how the powers in Oriath operate, that they aren't too different from the Nazis in how ruthless and evil they are and hold absolute power. You're supposed to make the connection. That's it.

Oh it has. It explains why so many peole gets over their heads when it comes to ANYTHING thats related to nazi Germany.

I used shortcuts to show that this topis is not as simple as many might think.

Also many peole here claims that symbol used in PoE is "swastika rearanged". Read those and adress how they are mistaken.

Anglosaxons, especially Royal Family, was with Hitler on the same side. Just before Hitlers attack on Polad.

UK is very clever player. They always put countries in Europe against each other because they are afraid on one superpower. Wneh they wanted they stick with Hitler. But when Nazi Germany grew in power they supported USSR and Stalin. When he becomes problem, they supported USA. And thats how this circus goes on, and on and on. And everybody seems to doesnt recognise the patterns.
