as a several year player of D2, After having followed D3 to begin with, watching all the videos and such, then coming here, I have to say, I agree, and this sentence needs more commas,
Analyze, Adapt, and Ask the devs to change it.

I can understand you not liking the atmosphere but I wouldn't go as far as saying that D2 was more gritty and mature. Anyway this is obviously a highly opinion based topic and I'm just going to leave it at that.

In the video game industry many people believe everything has to do with opinion but video games are art as I already said and art has way more to do with craftsmanship. Study art and you lern everything about the use of different tools. If we talk about Diablo we definitly have different tools do achieve different goals. Calling the style of Diablo mature, it means we have corps hanging from trees, lying around and bleeding in the best way it was possible with pixels. As I said it was colorful but as long as I don't make the game in black & white everything will be. So the question is, how are the colors displayed? Loud? Or more blunt? We can play this game a long time and looking at every point and we will see a difference in the franchise back then and now. And such a distinct difference permitts the conclusion that part three is an abomination to the franchise.
