Fade... once again, you confuse real world with the game. I don't give you the items in the game because I need them to play. It doesn't have anything to do with real life value... they have value within the game.

Either way, people take this way too serious for something in some game that you can easily farm for again as its a damn item made of pixels that every player can find!!! |

Sure... assets in a game have value within the game. This game allows players to transfer items. Some players convince other players to give them their items by lying to them.
I don't see anything wrong with this. Players in other games do this all the time. You'd never win a game of Diplomacy if you kept all your promises. Poker would be right out... that game is built on deception. PoE would be a lessor game if GGG decided it was against the rules to lie to others. |

The only 'scamming' in PoE is participating in RMT.
Anything else is just various methods of acquiring pixels for in game peen(wealth) growth. There are many methods, all of which are perfectly acceptable. It's a make believe world where time holds no value. Pixels hold even less value than that. Enjoy your stay! :) |
