TOS says that GGG can ban you whenever they feel like it. So, if you're going to act like a douchbag, they WILL ban you. Thus it is not allowed. At the same time, I think GETTING scammed is fault of both sides. If you are not careful, or just naive it is partially your fault, but I'd be last to say that it is justified.
