That's always sexy. I recommend dropping a few of your DPS nodes to pick up Static Blows for it. The damage you get from the shocks is way way higher than a few DPS nodes on the tree.

Hey, guys! If I take Master of the Arena which gives +2 to Melee Weapon and Unarmed range, will that increase the max distance of the MS projectiles? Cause if so, it would decrease the effectiveness of Point Blank, in which case I'd obviously avoid taking it.

Nope, Point Blank distance is calculated from the point where the damage originates, which means with longer melee range the spot the projectiles originate from is farther out but the distance from the source is the same.

You need to crit to shock most of the time, and we don't crit.....

I have one of these so I put it on my self and I didn't see anyone getting shocked...

edit: I don't have static blows, and I did try using conductivity and I can't say it shocks enough to be at all worth it.

@Dmillz great for bosses. Though I noticed Dom's second form wasn't getting shocked at all. -- ganna readjust my dropped nodes to pick back up the HP... That means only 1 dps node I can drop with my current pathing haha. I haven't taken any DPS besides the elemental dmg going through templar.

@riverside77 - that is why I took the chance to shock nodes above the Templar area.

So you are saying with those it shocks a lot ?


edit: it does in fact shock quite a bit w/ static blows + conductivity :-)

Currently trying to get myself a Three Dragons now. Picked up a 5L Lightning Coil so I'm pretty much a tank god at this point with really crappy gear mostly lol. Molten Strike mana cost starts getting quite a bit higher than anticipated, sitting at 64/cast right now. It's manageable running one aura but tight. I am hoping that when I get the mana reduction nodes (3 to go!) + links to run Clarity on HP it will allow me to run two 60% auras (Hatred + Grace/Determ) and still cast on mana.

Honestly I think I need to get to around 75+ now to pick up everything I want :(. I need the aura nodes + a couple mana nodes + Static Blows. I can respec out of a few nodes when I get close to Static Blocks but I still have quite a few passives to really have everything I want.
