Well... after 1.2 patch: My lvl16 Purity of Fire could no longer sustaind the dot. I equipped a lvl20 one and the build shined again. My max Fire Res. gets to 89%. My Gear/Gems could be better and my tree could take some fixes aiming for life regen nodes making the build even stronger. So, I believe that, yes. No snapshoting, but still monsters melt. Well. Rf will never be the hyperbuild it was maybe this tree needs finetuning? For example, based on Oro's RF, this allocation offer more life and slightly more regen. Maybe RF players should give The Blood Dance shoes a test. At my current state of 75th level, 3 frenzies boost my life regen to 730 L/s. If I change Blood Dance for boots with say, +85 life, I'd only get 630 L/s. Had I planned my build a bit better, I'd choose to help Kraityn for extra frenzy charge... Let's be honest.
