Yeah, I don't get the difficulty either. This game isn't difficult. It just has random damage spikes that kill you or desync that makes it unlikely to reach higher levels but not difficult. You could farm docks for a very, very long time with zero risk and you'd get there eventually. Maybe people call the game difficult to feel better about themselves while they play their life away? As if the challenge is something to feel proud about?
Seems kinda sad. But that's people for ya :)
Wow, this guy knows what he is talking about.
For example I can farm normal ledge with my merciless characters for hours without the risk of dying. LOL. this geym is definitely easy.and i also want to end my post with my new favorite quote

LEL yu all noobs game is easy I can over-farm areas.
Well, with the crafting system as it is, people are in fact, farming act 1 bosses for loot to turn into alts. It's the best way to gather currency if you have very little. It's honestly not a difficult game. Just has a few situations that are best avoided(like reflect) and that's it.
So you have to be vigilant, not smart, cunning or capable, only vigilant. Which is about the same difficulty as going for a run and every X amount of time you have to press a button behind you to continue. So you're constantly watching the button in case you need to press it. Making it more annoying than a good gameplay experience.
Vote +1 to change Path of Exile to Path of Nerfs.
We hate to say, but ProjectPT was right.

Beside why are you saying 'no thanks' to something that will not affect you in any way? Nobody is forcing you to play casual league if it was made. The whole point of this suggestion is to allow people who enjoy POE as it is currently continue playing that way
Just because it's in another league doesn't mean it doesn't affect other players or the overall tone of the game. What do you think the reaction would be to a league that let players trade for real money between each other, with GGG getting a cut of each transaction? But only in that league. Yeah... there would be a lot of pissed off people. I'll let you figure out why different league doesn't equal "does not affect you in any way".

You're seriously asking why people would be pissed at this scenario from a game and developer which have staunchly stated they were against any form of pay2win since the beginning? Really? Did you just walk in?
Edit: Nevermind, I see you got here a week ago.

Humor me and tell me straight out instead of making vague allusions.
Disregarding your RMAH example i can think of little justification for people getting angry at others for transferring to a casual league. Last time i checked hardcore players spent most of their time on the forum laughing and sneering at moderate players. Why do you care that they are leaving?
The only reasons i can imagine that would make hardcore players angry at players leaving for a casual league all involve copius amounts of arrogance, self-entitlement and jealousy.
Give me a legit reason before you go to bed. thanks.

Meh, instead of complaining and checking my join date (I actually have three accounts, but whatever) you could have answered my question

I gave my opinion, that's all. There's really not much more for me to say. I'm not a hardcore player either, and I find the current leagues plenty accommodating (if we're going by permadeath--I'm not a fan of permadeath, it's just not for me, even as it's set up in PoE). It's my belief as a casual player in this context that we don't need a version where you effectively can't die and are given passive "super magic find"; your original post is "self-entitlement" if I ever heard it.

Read it again; I did answer your question--GGG has been adamantly against any form of pay2win being implemented in the game since the beginning, and bans those who circumvent to do transactions outside the game anyway. This is their position and the position many supporters of the game have come to respect and expect.

Dude.
I'm not talking about the "pay for win" factor. I'm talking about this

Is it so self-entitled to ask GGG for another league so i can pelt them with wads of cash instead of leaving?
Is it self-entitled to ask GGG for a mode that will appeal to a broader group of gamers, increasing POE's popularity and community size?
PS: Nowhere did i ask for super magic find either.

You want them to nerf/get rid of magic find mods, but also throw more loot at you AND more currency. It's super magic find because IIR doesn't even affect currency drops. I gave my view on the idea and I'm leaving now rather than derail your thread, so others can give their feedback.
