No, learn to read. I said if you NEED leech on an ES caster you're doing it wrong. If you can't make a caster build without leech that works (WORKS, not optimal), then you need to work on caster building skills.

Life based witch? Very rare and very unlikely. You claim to have gotten multiple shavs, i don't see why you would make a life witch.

The benefits life provides are EXTREMELY easy to emulate with energy shield builds, and even easier with shavronnes.

For someone with a join date like yours, I'm not sure how you would get the idea that i have little knowledge about this game. I dont know what game you played over the last year but in the PoE I played usually good rolled weapons and rings carry people through 77 maps but I suppose you want 100k Dual Strike DPS and would prefer if you could spend half your points into offensive nodes.

Let alone that you have 98 points to spend before hitting 80 assuming that you pick life and End Charges from the bandits. I dont know what you do with your points but thats a lot you can spend on whatever the hell you wish. And since nodes like Riddle of Steel and Leather and Steel exists its really not hard to get decent amounts of armor up.

The first CI character i made in open beta had 3.3k ES with Ghost Reaver at level 50.
The gear cost less than 30 chaos orbs for all of it at level 50, and half of that alone was from Doedre's Damning + Eye of Chayula, with eye of chayula lasting for the entire game, and damning being VERY useful for twinking every new character i make.

What exactly is the point in creating a build that works but isnt efficient or works in as many environments as possible?

What do I do against reflect?

What do I do against DoTs?
What do I do against chill?

Give me some examples apart from Summoners, Totem users and a person who casts a Fireball once a second because he focuses on burn damage.

Freezing Pulse and Discharge without Life Leech? Would love to see you clearing a Shr... actually any 70+ map should be enough. Especially you fighting Coves or Gorge Kraitlyn would be funny to watch.

Because you play it as a Hybrid in which case you specc into both. Full life based isnt that ridiculous either when you plan on going through the Witch area anyway.

So having to go through the whole tree to get stun immunity and being able to even have armor is extremely easy now, interesting. Thats what I call an investment.

I wish I can have that amount of DPS, even spending all the offensive nodes, I am having a hard time reaching 10k DPS.

Than your weapon, rings, amulet, gloves suck. How about posting that tree because I would really be interested in seeing how it is even possible to not hit that DPS with speccing into offensive nodes.

I know a shit ton of Onslaught players who play/ed Cleave, IB, Dual Strike, Double Strike, LS and basically killed the packs in 6men 75+ parties before I even arrived. Needless to say that totem users were even more useless because they didnt even have the time to put down their dildos.
