lolz @ people complaining about the pvp scaling without having any idea what it means

poe 2019 - no leo dailies so now hogm gets complained about. pvp will always be blamed, even when it's not pvp.

Then a trade should be made, if it is erased from the atlas and only farmed during pvp matches, the map should give a reason to be farmed and completed.

Something that do not give any ingame pve bonus (what you want to avoid) and something that pvpers would want to achieve. I don t see the point for pvpers to farm the map, they are pvping with or without the drop.

An achievement, maybe something like " master of masters" title unlocked while completing the map or maybe unlocking pvp oriented craft once completed the map.

I do not say I agree to erase HOGM from the atlast but there need to have a reason why pvpers would want to even run the map if this is done.

In order to avoid provoking more debates about whether or not it's PvP content, I'd like to suggest the name "PvB" (Player vs Bot) to distinguish when it's computer-controlled ennemies fighting under PvP rule

1) Nothing forbids PvE rewards, as long as you can get them from somewhere else and it's not highly more profitable than PvE content (basically, don't make if FEEL mandatory). I suspect a map visible on the Atlas without the +1% feels more mandatory than a map not on the Atlas but with the +1% (because it's not a big difference and there's no place in the game that shows your progression on that percentage outside of the Atlas itself).

2) I'm all for PvP-specific affixes. For example "Nearby enemy players have 50% reduced Energy Shield regeneration" or "Deal 10% more bleeding damage while in the Sarn Arena". You could imaging hundreds of different PvP/B-specific affixes that could only drop when playing HoGM or other PvB content.
